Efitment IC031. Excellent machine. Great value!
Not many, if any, reviews on this spin bike out there so I guess I’ll be the first. So, I purchased this bike mainly because I had a Proform bike that had the felt pads for resistance and I really didn’t like it because over time the felt kept wearing away and the sliding noise really irked me plus it really wasn’t a smooth ride at all. I’m really getting into this spin thing upon recommendation from my physical therapist since years of pounding the pavement in the military has finally caught up with my knees. Anyway, I wanted something decent, durable, but also affordable. After conducting some research I decided I wanted a spin bike with magnetic resistance because I didn’t want the mechanical issues down the road but many of those were 700 bucks and up. I found this bike on Amazon for $349.00 which was in my desired price range and after a few rides a really good deal.First of all I gotta give the seller their propers for the fast shipping. The estimate was a whole 2 weeks later than actual arrival. The bike was super easy to put together. I think I had it all set up in about 30 minutes because there aren’t many nuts and bolts. The seat adjustment was a bit difficult but I finally got that all tightened and ready to go. The assembly instructions were straight-forward and simple. The bicycle itself is rather sturdy. I’d say it could hold someone of more than 300lbs even though it’s rated for 275lbs. (Just my opinion) The bike is Not what I’d quite consider commercial quality but pretty darn close. I mean, if you told me this bike cost 900 dollars I,d believe you. The seat is super comfortable in comparison to other spin bikes which can leave you feeling “violated” after a 30 minute ride – so Efitment got that right with this bike. The ride itself is SMOOTH and whisper quiet, almost silent. The 40lb wheel turns smooth and has a good weight and feel. The resistance is effortless and the display console, although not the best, is pretty responsive and accurate. The only needed improvement I see with this bike is the placement of the console. It can get in the way somewhat and it would be nice if it were a wireless transmission like a lot of other bikes but considering the price point, the super smooth operation, and the fact that I won’t have to look for where to buy more felt pads a year from now, I can live with it.I’d highly recommend this bike if you don’t mind spending a little extra for a magnetic drive cycle. For me, it’s DEFINITELY worth the investment. If you're looking for a smooth running unit for a reasonable price, I highly recommend this bike!

Nice home bike to use with Peloton app...only major flaw is LCD display
For the money, this bike is a good value and I'm happy with it. I couldn't see paying $2,500 for a Peloton bike so I purchased this one and use it with the iPad app. The only significant issue I have with this bike is the LCD display....it's junk. The display that came with the bike was broken. It's really cheap plastic and does not measure up to the quality of the rest of the bike. Here's some individual areas that might be helpful for you:- Comfort 4/5: I'm 6'02" and with the seat on the highest setting, it's still not tall enough, but not a huge deal either...just shorten my stride a bit. However, a tad higher on the seat would be perfect. The seat itself is surprisingly comfortable without any additional padding...my rump doesn't ache after riding this for 45-60 min a day.- Build Quality 3.5/5: This really is a sturdy bike, very solid feel and doesn't wobble or rattle when you are pedaling hard. My only gripe is the LCD display...just a piece of junk on an otherwise great bike. Would be nice if the seat height could be push button adjustable instead of the screw in type....just takes longer to adjust from rider to rider.-Controls 4/5: Everything is easy to use...water bottle is in a good spot (unlike others on the back of the bike) and tension adjustment is at the right location. I wish the tension control was a bit more graduated...meaning slight turns increase the tension a lot. It's manageable but wish it were a bit more "gentle". One minor issue....for me, the pulse sensors are too far forward. In an upright position, it's hard to keep my hands on them. Don't really use them anyway with the crappy display but not in a good location.-Ease of assembly 5/5: I hate assembling stuff. Paid my teenage son $30 to put it together and he had it done in less than an hour.-Customer Service 5/5: When I reported my LCD display as being cracked, the Amazon seller had a replacement on the way the same day. I had the replacement on my bike within three days. Very happy with the seller and their level of support for this bike.-Value 5/5: Looked at a lot of bikes prior to purchasing this one. For the price, it's a good value and overall I'm happy with the bike....would buy it again and recommend it to family / friends looking for a decent home bike.

Quality Ride
I have owned this spin bike for 3 years. Of those 3 years I may have not rode it 10 days, if that. I am on my third seat. Seats go after lots of riding. I purchased better race style pedals only because I wanted to. The overall mechanics of this bike are rock solid. Spec wise, this bike rivals high end professional gym bikes. One of my favorite and most satisfying purchases.

Heavy Duty Flywheel, smooth ride and Great Price
Spin bike was a great find. The flywheel and total weight is comparable to the best and most expensive bikes. Compare for yourself. It's super sturdy and strong to hold you standing on pedals and moving at a good pace. Packaging was terrible and customer service was not very helpful - but in the end I'm so pleased. The monitor has large numbers and lots of functions - which we don't really use. Not sure pulse monitors working but not a big deal. Been using about 8 months and it's become my go-to cardio in our home gym.
