The shelf looks nice once put together, and the instructions are simple and easy to follow mentally, But when it comes to physically putting the shelf together a lot of the holes for the screws don't exactly line up, and seem very cheaply fabricated, so you have to brute force the shelf together which is extremely aggravating unless your full-time job is carpenter and you have the grip strength to be able to finger tighten screws through wooden planks and metal like the instructions suggest.The product would be sturdier if the screws and the holes matched up exactly, But since they don't: once you assemble it and tighten the screws with the provided allen keys you're put in a position where you can probably never take the shelf apart again without ruining it because all of the screw holes and screws will be stripped since they don't fit together properly and need to be forced.The shelf does look nice, But I highly suggest if you buy this shelf you hire somebody to put it together for you to save yourself the aggravation of putting it together. It took me about 3 hours to assemble poorly and then another two hours for someone else to help me brute force all of the screws into the frame and shelves since that was the only way they were going in.That being said I do like the way the shelf looks enough that I would buy another one, So it has that going for it I guess.

Item received on time but was amazed by the poor build quality.The bars that should line up straight end up looking like a buckled in knee (yes, they were installed in the right direction.)Cheap, pretend wood doesn't fit between bars correctly.Would not recommend.

I ordered the 5 shelf slim model. It was defective. Basically the top side frames did not match up with the bottom side frames. Making it impossible to assemble.The overall product looks actually quite nice though. Nice color of the shelves, and the frames are quite sturdy metal.Customer support was very fast to email back also.Disappointed it was defective. But glad to be getting a replacement one hassle free.(Will update if any problems upon receiving replacement)

one of the screw is bad, manufacture didn't have the female done properly. Two. quality is not the best, $70 for that shelf? more like $29.99 makes a lot more sense to me. I didn' tbother to return it because its for business use and for some personal reasons, i dn't want to order another one and wait.VERY DISAPPOINTED.

You will need a power drill, drill bits to make holes where they should be, and widen the holes in the metal frame. This shelf is absolute garbage. Don’t buy this unless you’re confident in your ability to modify and work with it, because it will not go together properly, or at least mine didn’t. I wouldn’t buy this ever again.
