ProSource Premium 15mm Extra Thick 180cm Long High Density Exercise Yoga Mat with Comfort Foam and Carrying Straps

I needed a very thick yoga mat which didn't slip around on in my loft which has floorboards and no carpet. My existing thin rubber yoga mat just wasn't comfortable anymore. After having a look at many different options, I thankfully managed to purchase one of the few remaining yoga mats in this series (it seems as though they are having trouble getting supplies of other more popular colours).I have to say that this mat is fantastic. It far exceeded my expectations. You can easily buy thick mats from other brands, but the problem is they slip around. This one stays firmly in place and is super comfortable to use on a hard wood floor. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one of these mats again, highly recommended

I've been doing some intense indoor activity recently (Insanity and P90x to be precise) and due to not being very active past couple of years I had horrific shin splints / hip and knee pain (old injuries)This mat is THE BEST THING, absorbs A LOT of impact, prevents so much pain. I've had another exercise mat for a while but it's too thin and also constantly curls up in weird ways while on the floor due to the way it's stored and the material used; this one lays out flat perfectly despite being stored via rolling up also and is a million times better in terms of preventing injury / comfort.It's quite a spongy material so I hope it doesn't wear down too quickly or get torn, however for the comfort it provides and the price it's at I wouldn't mind replacing this every now and then one bit (and it may not even need replacing at any point we shall see!)I honestly couldn't recommend this enough, you should have seen the look on my face as I jumped and landed with zero pain - not had that for a while. Total life saver. If you suffer from similar injuries / aches don't even hesitate, buy this mat! Best I've experienced by a clear mile.

I need it for my Canadian Airforce Exercises which I do at home. Being a lady of 77 years old, my balance suits the thickness of this mat otherwise I would topple over. I’m 5’ 8” and the length is perfect so I don’t have to shuffle back and forth while doing the floor exercises. Nice quality. Comfortable. Very happy.

I suffer with a hip condition from pregnancy and have found completing stretches/yoga on the thin mats super uncomfortable. This mat as advertised is 1.5" thick and provides impact absorption, offering a much more comfortable workout.The mat is very thick when rolled, approx 25" (when it first arrived and rolled tightly), so you cannot store in small spaces when not in use. It is approx 24" wide and 72" long when rolled out. The carry handle is a long piece of elastic with a loop either end, very easy to put on and secure enough for you to carry to and from classes etc. The mat is ribbed designed to offer extra grip when in use. It is non slip and has yet to move when I have used it.Due to the foam material, I would imagine it would be no good for hot yoga/higher intensity work outs, as you would slip. It is moisture resistant and is ribbed ... but when sweating you do slip a little. I clean it after use, very easy to wipe down.As a newbie to yoga, this mat is perfect to support me whilst I strengthen and recover. It comes in a variety of colours and for the price ... is a good mat! Using it means I can exercise and feel relatively comfortable, perfect if you suffer from a injury/condition and need a little extra support! :) I do expect I will be purchasing a thinner yoga mat as I progress, I believe I would struggle to complete more difficult moves on this mat, due to it's thickness affecting balance. This being said, it ticks all the boxes for me for my needs now and I am very happy!I hope this review was helpful.

This is BRILLIANT for pilates if you have joint pain. Much thicker and squoodgier than other mats - this is a springy rubbery mat rather than a firm foam one. I was amused by some reviews that say it's not good because you can't stand on it - yes, it's definitely not designed to stand on, but the floor is!! I am doing pilates to help with chronic back pain and was struggling to lie on the firmer, thinner mats, but this gives just the right level of cushioning for your joints whilst providing the support you need to do the exercises. The carry handle is elastic and a bit lose, but providing you don't plan on slinging on the back of a bike, you'll be fine. Good range of colours too!

Es súper gruesa. Eso es lo que yo buscaba, la usaré para acampar. Sin embargo, no es nada ligera y práctica de llevar a la montaña. Tiene dimensiones grandes enrollada. En mi caso no importa porque haré campismo llevando mi vehículo. Las correas que tiene no son nada funcionales para el tapete, son demasiadas pequeñas y muy elásticas. Sugiero comprar otra correa que sea rígida, yo la compré aquí mismo en Amazon a 70 pesos y le va súper bien porque no sé cuelga el tapete. Solo que la llevas en mano no en hombro.
