LOVE IT!
I absolutely LOVE this tote! It's super roomy, but not huge and bulky. I can fit a small purse in it, along with an ipad, cosmetics, brush and other essentials, if need be. The end pockets are quite wide enough for a watter bottle or coffee travel cup, although they are only deep enough for about 1/2 of the bottle, so be aware of that. My iPhone RX does not fit in the end pocket unless I tuck the flap in and don't try to use it. But the phone fits with room to spare in one of the fron zip pockets. I love the included detachable shoulder strap, which I folded and tucked into the back zip pocket. Handy if I need it, but out of the way when I don't. I bought this to take on the plane with me for an upcoming trip, and I have already tested it to see how much I can get into it, and still close the zipper. I can even put in one of my small travel pillows. I'm so happy with this tote! It's a heavy duty canvas, lined with a thin (probably too thin) silky material, probably nylon. The straps are very sturdy and attached with stitching in an X pattern to make it sturdy. My shoe-repairman husband looked at it and said I had made a good choice! The shortcoming may be the quality of the nylon zippers. You never know about those until some time has passed.Inside there is a padded divider with a velcro closure, and a very roomy wider space. Also a zipper pocket inside, but it's rather small. With 3 outside pockets, 2 outside pouches, and all of the room inside, this will be an ideal companion for plane or train travel, and a handy tote for picnics, games, etc. I recommend spraying yours with Scotch Guard when you get it to help make it water repellent. The tote was packaged in a cloth bag inside of a plastic bag. Well packaged and protected. I'm really impressed, and think the price is a bargain for the quality of the bag.

Great laptop bag with easy access outside pockets
This bag is so cute, I got the version with all the extra pockets and I'm so glad I did. It's spacious without being huge and bulky, and it easily fits my 14" chromebook. The zipper is set down a little lower than the sides of the bag, so if necessary you can overpack it and carry more things without zipping it closed. So far no issues with the shoulder straps or the hand straps. I would say the only drawback is that inside the bag there is only one smallish pocket that zips closed, so not much for organization inside the bag, but I keep keys and other items in all of the outside pockets for easy access. The outside zipper pockets on the front are taller than expected and spacious, and would definitely fit a larger cell phone if you found the side pockets with velcro were not big enough for your phone. I typically carry my small purse inside of this bag so I don't have a lot of small items floating around the bottom. Love the color, too, it's casual but much nicer looking than a backpack or some of the other canvas shoulder bags/messenger bags I've seen.

good quality
It will be a durable bag, lots of pockets and compartments. Its a tweed style fabric witch isn't my personal favorite and that is the only reason it got a 4 star

Holds Everything
Pretty pleased with this purse. It's not the prettiest purse I would have chosen, but I was so tired of my smaller purse being heavy and filled to the brim, that I don't need "pretty" right now. What I love is how many pockets and dividers this purse has. Two large spaces inside, with a small space in the middle that is fabulous for holding your checkbook or agenda/budget planner. You also have two pockets and a zipper inside. Outside offers plenty of storage as well. It distributes the weight well, making it not feel near as heavy as my smaller bag with the same amount of items. My only real complaint is it doesn't pass the elbow test, meaning I cannot put it on my shoulder without it hitting my elbow. However, I use it as a crossbody 99% of the time.

Plenty of space but cheap clasp
I bought the bag to carry the verity of things I need to have on hand for my son who had cancer. I love how many compartments it has. It helps me keep everything organized. It also is big enough to hold everything I need easily. However the shouldee strap broke on my less then a month after purchase. The bag isn't heavy so I'm unsure why the strap broke. It broke on the clasp. Other then that I love the bag.

New daily-use bag! Love it
New daily-use bag! I love the pockets (I don't even use all of them!) and how high-quality it seems to be for the price! I get a ton of compliments on it, and it walks the line of "big enough to carry my laptop and lunch to work" and "small enough not to be obnoxious" perfectly! It's not super structured, which I really like. It's essentially a tote that has pockets.

Poor quality, wouldn't buy again.
When I first got this bag for work, I thought it was perfect. Perfect size and number of pockets, not very expensive, etc. The last time I bought a work bag was about 15 years ago from Target. It was canvas and had lasted wonderfully, until the canvas finally started to wear thin from use. This bag however, despite being a sturdy canvas, began to fall apart fairly quickly. It IS the perfect size for going back and forth to work, and the pockets are great. On the downside, the should/cross-body strap doesn't stay to where you slide the length to. It is constantly loosening back up, making the strap extremely long. I have to readjust pretty much every time I pick it up. In addition, the clips that hold the strap broke pretty immediately. Just snapped off. So I ordered carabiners and used those. The bag was still workable. Carabiners fastened the strap on securely, still had the annoyance of having to adjust the length every time I picked it up to go, but oh well. THEN, the zipper broke. As I was trying to zip the top, it split open from the part already zipped. So I tried to unzip and redo and then the entire zipper pull/close mechanism came completely off, so now it is impossible to zip. This bag made it through one semester of work (I'm a teacher) and with a lot of hassle along the way. I have bought a Lands End bag on sale and am waiting (zipper wide open) for it to arrive. Hopefully the paying a bit extra will be worth the money.
