Q: What are the dimensions of this item?

The rolls it makes are 1 inch in diameter. I cannot tell you the exact dimensions of the mold, because we gave it away. The rolls were a little smaller than we wanted them to be, so we bought this one http://www.amazon.com/Wooden-Sushi-Press-Mold-Oshizushi/product-reviews/B00269NS02/ref=dp_top_cm_cr_acr_txt?showViewpoints=1 which makes 1 1/2" square rolls which for me are just the right size (the length of the roll is about 7").
