These have reunited my dogs and I more than once. They are easy to set up and fit on different size collars easily. They are durable over the years, for sure. In my experience, the QR code does fade over time but when you put your phone next to the tag, it picks up and brings you to the whoseid website for your dog that has all the information that someone needs to contact the owner. So it doesn’t really matter if they can’t scan the QR code anymore as long as they put their phone close to the tag, the info will still appear. These have been a great investment for my dogs.

This was so easy to set up. We tried the QR code with someone else’s phone and it worked immediately. I love that you can add more than one photo and write your own greeting to whoever scans it. It fits our puppy’s collar great. The color matches what is listed. I had read the reviews and will come back to update this if the QR code fades at all. December 2025.

Love this! Excellent size.

I like it and it works. Easy to use. I thought that it would be on steel for some reason not a paper or label like material. My dogs are large and play rough so just wondering how it will hold up. Otherwise, great product.

Fit perfectly on my puppies collar! It looks so big in pics but my pups are 4 and 6 pounds and it fit great on their collars. The profile was super easy to make and I’m super happy with them!

This works awesomely I first tried it and they send it to you it's a rubber like a silicone thing that actually goes on their collar and when you first get it it doesn't have any of the information in it you actually have to scan the QR code and then put all your information in this is just a double precaution for my dog because he is actually microchipped. My dogs had it for a while now on his collar and it's the only one that actually stays on his collar so it is durable it is flexible enough to get over a collar The readability I'm not sure exactly how that would go You can read the QR code really well It is is like a sticker though on it which I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing yet so far nothing has happened to it but I'm guaranteeing that eventually it is going to wear it is going to have scratches on it eventually but I have had it less than a year possibly even less than 6 months and it still looks like I just took it out of the box. So my dog being an animal pun intended He's a very aggressive dog that loves to play and get into things and so far it's doing really well before I had those hanging tags that had something similar on it and he would bite them off. So I had to go with the one that sits flat on his collar so that he stopped doing that.

I don't like everyone knowing my dogs name if they were to get lost. This works perfectly. Anyone who needs to know what my dogs name is finds out and I get their location. Helps ease my mind from my dog getting kept.

Less than a month and qr code doesn't scan anymore due to print wearing off. Loved the idea but it would benefit from a protective layer over the QR code. Ordered two and both are useless.

Smaller than I thought and I did use the measurements from the pictures. Had to really stretch it to get it over my dogs collar ( and he’s not a big dog). Would be more suited to a thinner cat collar. The app was easy enough to set up and I like the fact that there are no harmful batteries next to my dogs skin

This is a great product and great value for the money! It was easy to set up and I've checked it multiple times with my phone and its working reliably. My only comment is when you're filling out the information on the website in the free text boxes be sure not to input too much information otherwise the profile won't save. My only comment for improvement is to indicate in the free text boxes how many characters are available as it took me a little bit to figure out the reason the profile wasn't saving was because I was putting too much information in the free form text boxes. I love the product and have recommended it to my dog friends!

Great idea for the dogs! Wearing well and gives us peace of mind. You can change the info if you leave the dogs with a sitter when on holiday. Clever idea.
