Great for home cymbal practice.

I get the point of these but they don't really work. they're not very silent, they just change the sound of the drum to more of a thudding tone. They stuck the to the stick quite well and didn't fly off. I suppose they're quite good to use on surfaces to practice rudiments when you are away from your kit and you don't have a practice pad.

I purchased these for my son and he loves them. He can quietly practise with his metronome app wherever he is without disturbing people. Although not recommended behaviour in class or the office!

The "silent" tips make no difference at all to the level of sound when used.

Do their job. Much cheaper than Vic firth ones for a reason but still, not too bad. Try them out on a crash for a crash roll.

Good addition to a pair of drumsticks for a unique feel. Very quiet and can be used on many surfaces.

The tips are easy to fit and fit well. They do not make any volume or tone difference on the drums, to my ears, but I am a beginner, perhaps the difference is there, but it is subtle if it is! It makes slightly more difference to the volume on other surfaces, for example if you are practicing on a table. They do make the sticks bounce a bit more, don't know if that's a good thing or not.

Die Spitzen sind gut produziert worden und völlig in Ordnung. Ich wollte damit das Spiel auf den E-Drums leiser machen, aber der Unterschied zu "nackten" Sticks ist vernachlässigbar, da die Gummipads eh schon dämpfen. Auf Tischen oder Böden ist die Dämpfung aber recht gut. Ist vielleicht eher für "Trockenübungen" unterwegs geeignet.

Je les utilise pour ma batterie electronique DIY pour atténuer le son des cymbales. un temps d'adaptation est nécessaire du au poids des embouts, mais le résultat est celui que j'attendais.

Die Tips lassen sich gut aufstecken und auch wieder abziehen (7A). Getestet auf E-Drum (ausgeschaltet) und verschiedenen Untergründen wie Tischplatten etc. Eine gewisse Dämpfung ist auf jeden Fall vorhanden, insbesondere auf der E-Drum. Bei vielen anderen Untergründen, insbesondere, wenn sie selbst als Resonanzkörper wirken, ist die Dämpfung weniger zu spüren. Also nachts mal kurz auf dem Küchentisch zu spielen, würde ich nicht empfehlen. Dafür ist das Material, aus dem die Tips hergestellt sind, zu hart. Dennoch Kaufempfehlung, da immer noch besser als nichts. Ein Silent Tip wiegt übrigens knappe 4 g (elektron. Küchenwaage).
