This book to me was like the light at the end of the tunnel that I so desperately needed. I've read other books about selling art online just to compare and see which way I wanted to go. After reading Lloyd's book, I got my answer. I'm following his approach now.In this book, there's a lot of valuable information and Lloyd explains the structure that worked for him in a very easy and encouraging way and he doesn't lie saying that we're going to become millionaires overnight. He's very honest and makes it very clear that we do need to do our part and commit to the process and the work it requires to get our business up and running.I believe that if we don't take action after reading this book, then we probably don't really want to make this work as much as we say we do. It's really up to us if we want to make the most of the valuable information he provides in the book and even reach out to him directly if we feel like we need more guidance from him (which is what I did). THANK YOU SO MUCH, LLOYD!!!

This book is easy to read and valuable beyond measure. Lloyd Coennen writes a fabulous book on how to set yourself apart as an artist. He writes clearly and honestly. You can go from a person calls themselves an artist to being a person who actually sells art and has a defined way to work hard and be a success. You can follow what he says and have the life you desire!

I’ve read, watched, listened to many many many sources on ‘how to sell online’. None of them clearly and simply described the process the way this book did. For the first time I understand all the moving parts of online selling: mindset, target market, building awareness, the offer, sales funnel, fulfillment, follow-up. This is a detailed, easy to understand roadmap to build the online apparatus to sell your art - or anything else, for that matter. I’m so glad I found it…

The internet powers-that-be clearly know I’m in the market for some art business research, so this book popped up in one of my feeds and I checked it out in sheer curiosity, thanks to the reasonable price. Many of the concepts covered are certainly helpful for folks who’ve just begun on their art biz journey. For someone who’s been attentive to the market for over 15 years and earned degrees in Studio Art and business…this book was a little elementary for me. That’s not a bad thing. The reason for 3 stars consists of a few points: 1. I don’t believe this book was proof-read, and that’s a big deal for a professional in any field if they’d like to be taken seriously. There were words missing from sentences and incomplete sentences. Once, the word “prefixes” was used to describe suffixes. Oversights like that are just a pet peeve of mine and taint credibility a bit. 2. Information on branding in this book included hard-and-fast do’s and do not’s that simply are not proven by the industry as a whole. This included pictures of logos from other businesses (that I don’t believe were authorized for such use in the book) as examples of what the author considers bad design. 3. The cover art struck me as odd, because it looks like clip art. I would expect a book on art by an artist to boast a high-quality cover showcasing their own work in some way, or at least a design that communicates and exemplifies the professionalism of the author. We tend to judge books by their covers, after all.Lloyd seems very confident in his success - and that’s awesome! There were some wonderful nuggets in this book, and I wish him all the best.For potential readers, this book contains one perspective and experience on the subject matter. I recommend keeping a broad spectrum of art business insights and studies in your arsenal.

This book is a no hype explanation of a way to sell art on the internet. Lloyd shows a step by step method that will work if you implement it. The book is straightforward and minus the BS you see in so many marketing books and pitches. His "voice" is humble and sincere, bringing you his personal experience, and he shares it fully. If you are a struggling artist, this is a book that can help you change your limiting belief mindset, and set you on a new course for your life.

This book is so easy to understand and steps are so clearly explained, even for me that usually speak french… Lloyd, go direct to the point, he tells the steps to do, those are so simples that make us sceptikal. I know as an artist, sometimes we like to do what we want, and don’t like when others tell us what we should do, but after reading is book, why not give it a try… Thanks Lloyd for your book and sharing your steps to success with us.

I've been looking for a book JUST LIKE THIS for forever to try to become a full time artist. After reading this book, I went from totally hopeless and thinking I'll be working the job that crushes my soul forever, to seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!! I can't wait to implement everything I read about! Make sure you read this with a notebook and pen/pencil

Great book! Highly recommend. Very interesting to read. It fills in all the blanks of what you need to know and how to improve. If u want to start an art business, then this is the book that will get you started.

Une insulte à tout artiste sérieux. Écrit par un faux artiste qui fait des affirmations extravagantes mais impossibles. Cela pourrait aussi bien être un livre sur la façon de gagner de l'argent en vendant sur Internet des pilules de vie éternelle... certains idiots les achèteront.

A lot of useful information set out in a no nonsense and practical format. I would definitely recommend it to any artist looking for ways to rethink and refocus how they go about selling their art.

It's comprehensive and inspiring. The book is straightforward and easy to understand, I'm glad a physical book came out so that I can bring it aywhere with me.
