Product moves since the adhesive isn’t that strong

I have been struggling with heel pain for quite a while, even when I buy expensive shoes like Hokas or Brooks. I just put these in my shoes and I can walk several miles without pain! So easy!

The sticky part is not on the bottom to stick to the shoe. It's on the opposite and it's very hard so it not sticky to the shoe and staying it moves around inside your show and being extra hard is uncomfortable

I bought this to put in my tennis shoes. I walk a lot and my heel started hurting. Thought I'd give this a try. It works somewhat. These are silicone so EVERYTHING sticks to them. If you gave a pet, their hair will stick. They don't slide. Just have to get use to them
