I’ve used this brand for years with no problems but my last 2 wouldn’t charge up despite trying several different chargers.I’ve just ordered 2 new charger cables to try again.I have already been refunded and purchased another 2 batteries and the replacements are just the same & wont charge up.Very disappointed and think this must be a “bad batch” of batteries.I emailed the seller before requesting a refund for advice but sadly had no reply. Customer services refunded me instantly and I ordered 2 more. Looks like I’ll have to contact customer services again as I now have bought 4 batteries that will not charge.

I like my new ecig pen battery, it's not as long as others I've had that looked silly and it lasts longer.

These are fine whilst they work but, although they have a 12- month warranty, the threads *always* fail within a few months. I bought 2 in June, they have now both failed after 5 months. Previous ones have been the same. Amazon have refunded but it's a pain having to keep through this ritual.

The picture doesn’t show which charger you need. Mine doesn’t fit so had to order a different charger.

What a waste of money. Requires a charger that is really specific not any D chargers or C chargers that people would actually have in the house. box came open and the plastic bag looks like it’s been used and resealed. Extremely disappointed. I want a refund for this equipment that I’m not going to use. I might even have to chuck it away as it is of no use to me if I can’t recharge it if you won’t except a return. I won’t be ordering the charger you provide separately. What a money grabber
