got the job done
I needed this to mix a batch of mortar and thin set for a shower pan. I had the exact same set-up as Omar posted w/pictures. My biggest issue was keeping the mixing paddle tight in the chuck, it kept falling out even though I used all 3 locations/holes to tightened it . In the end it did get the job done and didn't break/fall apart like others for sale here.

Turned My Impact Driver Into a Cement Mixer!
The media could not be loaded. I specifically bought this chuck to pair a paint mixing tool with my 1/2"- drive impact driver. It was the only solution possible, because I needed lots of torque, and it worked great!I mixed up several small batches of cement mix and water in a 2-gallon bucket, with ease.The price on the chuck was very good and it proved its durability.

This is junk
Don't waste your money with these pieces of garbage. I tried to use it with a spiral wood splitting cone and, before I made it through two splits, the darn threads that attached it to the drill chuck twisted off! Not even worth the tine it would take to return them. They went straight to the garbage!
