Very poor quality product. As claimed they are not soft. Further as claimed, the slippers do not have any arch support. They are not orthopedic product. At the most can be used as bathroom slippers.

Same size (UK 8) I ordered 4 pairs the sizes are different .2 pairs are right size ie (Europe 42)and the 3rd and 4th pair I ordered both the sizes are smaller than the first two (Europe 41).However product is good no complaint
