EXCELLENT Filter
I was worried about buying this as there were a lot of people saying that it leaked and that the filters only last a couple of weeks and at around £20 per filter, I didn't think I'd be able to "run" it.BUT, I have had zero (parden the pun) leaks and I started using it on the 16th April and it is the 8th May today, so around 3 weeks of use and it's STILL showing 0.000 on all 3 of my TDS meters.I wonder if the people who had leak issues were not placing the tap in tightly enough ??? I thought I was going to break it where it had to be almost forced in, but touch wood, it's worked, no leaks. It fits nicely in my fridge and the water itself tastes so good.....I don't know why I would need to, but I would definitely buy again if needed.

Best household filter you can buy removes 100%
This water filter removes 100% of contaminates and so far no problems. The filter itself is a little difficult to screw in place and this might be why some people have leaks after instal just take your time so that it is seated properly. The TDS meter is very accurate as have another more expensive meter and they both read the same.

Takes way too long too fill - wouldn’t recommend!
Either I’m doing it wrong. Or this is a really stupid design!Don’t think it’s me. I’ve checked all the zero water models. There’s a basin that holds the water so you can put in a lot of water at once. 200ml or so. Then that drains down. There’s a teeny tiny basin in this - see picture. As per of my 2.8L dispenser. You have to fill this hole up and wait each time 😳Been filling this for the last 15 mins and it’s not even quarter full yet?Needless to say - doesn’t matter how good a filter this is.It’s all moot if you have to spend an hour to fill the damn thing 🤬

Amazing product I just think I used it wrong
Awesome removed taste of water I noticed when I over filled this device to the point the water couldn’t come through anymore it started tasting funny I’m going to buy more filters and this time not overfill it and hopefully it will last longer this time :D

Clear water, but expensive
This model of water jug is so handy and convenient. I have to keep topping up with water as the container doesn't hold much, exactly 1l. The water is really clear and the taste is very much or even more than mineral water, but the filter didn't lasted more than 2 weeks. The tap water in our area is 305, really bad and the filter must be changed more frequently than I hoped for. Therefore we stopped using this jug as it is cheaper to buy mineral water than using these filters. There wasn't even any discount on them on Black Friday!

The filter built in water meter insertion point does not work.
The meter insertion point in the tap area doesn’t work, it always shows zero, because it has an air lock between the meter probes and the filtered water. If you tip the whole unit once water is a reasonable level to let out the trapped air, ( bubbles come out ) it works better but it still doesn’t show the full water reading. So you need to place the water meter probesInto a clean test container which has some of your filtered water in it, then it reads ok.The unit does look pleasant, butIt is not easy to clean and dry the water container due to its shape.

Great. Recommend to anyone.
It's better than a 750watt distiller eating electric for a few litres a day. Bought it for houseplants and Venus flytraps. Also for my pet cat to drink, as I am convinced it's the PPM readings in tap water ( considered safe for humans) that gives all cats tiny kidneys and maybe dogs too, kidney disease over time. Easy to set up, if your fridge is big enough it will go in there too. Tap is a bit hard to push in for the first time to get that satisfying click. Well worth the money, and filters too. I wait until the provided PPM meter reads 20ppm before filter change. Specs recommend 006ppm, just to get more filters sold. 20ppm is still considered pure water anyways.
