This rotary tool works awesome the only problem I had was with the flex shaft. I used the flex shaft for maybe 15 minutes on half power i didnt notice but it got super hot I guess and it melted and fell apart.

Used a 1/8” chopping board to make a template. Dreamily made the job easier.

edit: seller offer to refunds me the cost of the polish and I accepted. great customer service!edit: seller reached out and want to give me a full refunds. I didn't accept it as I don't think 1 small part is worth the full refunds. so great customer service! also note that end part of the wrench toolwon't work for anything. you'll need your own tool to adjust the part.used 2 time and the polisher is already flying out everywhere. the diamond cutter is pretty good I guess. it works.

Overall, this is an excellent product, regardless of price, but as it happens the quality exceeds the price. The famous-brand product has nothing on this unit, and this unit is, in some ways, better (in my opinion). I took one star off, however, because they did not include replacement motor brushes with the the kit, and the seller/factory does not even offer them for sale. As you know, when the brushes wear out the product can no longer be used, unless they are replaced. I did, however, locate replacement brushes (Dremel OEM Replacement Part # 2610009829-2PK) that should work with this unit. Of course the brushes should not need to be replaced for quite a long time, as this is a new unit. When the time does come, if you don't know what you are doing, do not attempt to replace the brushes. Let someone who knows do it for you.

it's really quite sturdy. be careful with how you use the extension tool though. I might have damaged mine by using it while holding it above the main unit. it says not to do this in the manual, so it's my bad. it may be fixable idk, but the tool itself is amazing. I got it for $20 on sale so it's already exceeded my expectations.thank you china<3

acheter en remplacement d'une autre marque, fonctionne très bien, à l'air un peu fragile au niveau des pas de vis ?, à voir dans le temps , silencieux, un peu surpris par le poids, un peu lourd, la rallonge flexible est très pratique et permet un travail de précision, un prix raisonnable, très satisfait de cet appareil, et du vendeur, livraison rapide plutôt que prévu 😀, je recommande ce produit.

Solo la he podido usar en dos ocasiones.Funcionar funciona bien,, hay que colgarla para que no se sobresaliente. Sin embargo tras el segundo uso el cable de anclaje que va dentro del del muelle se soltó, así que he tenido que devolverla. Una pena.La caja está genial y los accesorios que incluye también estaban genial.Agradecida a Amazon de que tras casi 5 meses se haya hecho cargo de la devolución.

I bought a dremmel its speed control broke in about 3 months I replaced the controller myself cost about £14 the dremmel motor then burned out in about 6 months. This little machine is much more robust its been working fine so far I use it for my hobby about 3 times a week.
