Worth it!
I never thought I’d buy this if I’m honest, £200 for a controller is ridiculous, I’d say it could be a bit cheaper but it is what it is. It’s a bit of a grey area as me personally I don’t mind the cost especially since all parts are easily replaceable, customisable, the controller feels very good in hand. The weight difference between the Edge and a Standard dual sense is pretty big, Though not actually a bad thing if you’re like me and felt the original was too light.Wish there was more options for paddles as I’m not too keen on either style but they’re still a good addition for the controller, I have found them useful in some games. I just wish also they would actually register as separate buttons, Not sure if all controller paddles are like this but you can only set the paddles to buttons you already use, they’re not registered as individual buttons, they’re either disabled or it’s just having another X, O, or triangle button (or whatever button you bind them to), Not very helpful if you already have the muscle memory for default buttons. But if they could be their own button, it’d be great. The swappable thumb sticks are a huge plus if you have bigger hands too, I found myself slipping off the right stick too much on FPS games so I swapped the thumb stick for a taller one and it’s instantly fixed that problem.Overall, it’s a good controller, sturdy, easy to repair, comfy to hold, good customisation. It would probably be more popular if it was maybe closer to 150 but as I said it is what it is, Can save you money in the long run.I’d recommend it.

Expensive but will save you money in the long run
I bought this used but sending back as whoever had it before left it greasy and a private hair in the case (disgusting)But with that fact out of the way let me tell you this is a very well made controller and the back buttons will improve your game.It has adjusters for the response time for the triggers which let me tell you makes it so much better in games like COD as you aim and shoot faster. You can choose to have paddles or triggers for back buttons, I chose trigger as paddles I press by accident with my grip.Again this will make your gaming better especially COD as you can drop shot or jump without moving fingers/thumbs. Running around on Shipment being able to slide so much easier and drop shot faster, aim and shoot faster gives you and edge but alot of people have been using Scuffs etc before so you're basically getting your edge back and beating them at their own game. Now onto why this will save you money, depending on your luck and how much you game your standard controllers wear out fast and easy, stick drift, response times, loose sticks/triggers is common for me at around 6 months. Obviously you're still in warranty there but if it was to break every 12 months that's 50/60 each time but now you can replace sticks at 20 a time.Easy to set up and can save 4 profiles for different games and easily switch between them using FN (Function) and X, Square, Triangle or Circle.Yes it's expensive but I'll be buying a new one when they come down a little or offered installment plan.Once you get used to those back buttons you won't want a standard controller again

Great pad expensive but worth it
Brilliant haven't had any problems had it a while really good back button placement. And if there was a stick drift problem can sort it without having to buy a new pad been threw couple this is the best pad iv had. I know its a lot but compared to what you get from competitive prices the price for the pads like scuff are expensive

Great controller but....
The controller is great, feels a decent weight when using and responsiveness is superb. Customisation options are great, with multiple configurations for different games stored is a good addition and switching custom profiles on the fly using the function buttons is really good. However the downside is the battery, it is pretty bad and have to play with it plugged in at times. If only Sony had put a decent battery in it this would have been a 5* piece of kit.

Top Quality – My Son Loves It!
Bought the DualSense Edge for my son and he absolutely loves it. He says the customisable buttons, adjustable triggers, and swappable sticks make a real difference – especially for competitive games. It feels premium, solid in the hand, and the build quality is excellent.Since it arrived, he’s returned my original controllers and uses this one as his main – so that probably tells you everything you need to know! The carry case and included accessories are a nice touch too.Definitely pricey, but if you're a serious gamer (or buying for one), it’s well worth it.

Expensive but worth it
This controller costs a lot more than the standard DualSense, but if you play a lot of games (particularly first person shooters like Call of Duty) then it's 100% worth it. Having had previous modded DualSense controllers with back paddles, I knew what to expect from the extra functionality. But the DualSense Edge feels much more like a premium product. It's slightly heavier, but feels more solid and well-built without causing any extra strain on your hands. The back paddles are metal and feel a lot more comfortable and robust. If you can afford the investment, you wont ever want to go back to the original controllers.

Great controller
Very good controller for games such as call of duty. Has seriously benefited game play over the past few months. Like how you can have several profiles or drop it down to default profile should you just want to use it as a bog standard controller.Would recommend to any regular gamer
