I run my business from home and like many others have converted a bedroom into an office - once you get a desk and bookcases in there space is at a premium. This whiteboard is compact, sturdy and mobile. Easy to put together - I did it by myself. Wipes clean and the Flipchart holder is an added bonus. Very happy with my purchase

Good item. Bought for my young daughter who loves to play 'teachers' and uses it for art and school work!Only issue is the 'free gifts' - there was no 'timer' with it as advertised/shown in the pics, which was disappointing to be honest. Oh and one of the end caps of the feet is loose and keeps coming off, otherwise very happy, its fairly solid, mobile, fits nicely in the corner of the play room. Bar the gripes above, generally happy

I cannot see how to arrange for the damaged part to be swapped only how to refund and return, its a large item and is built so would be simpler to have the damaged part swapped

First order did not arrive, then replacement order arrived with a damaged bar at the front. The mechanism for the attachments at the side should be smooth and easy to adjust for angling but it just does not fit properly and for the cost I am pretty disappointed.It is such a shame as it is the perfect size for my business work.

I had read the reviews so I wasn’t expecting perfect. It’s a shame because it’s decent quality… but either they have poor quality control and their packaging doesn’t protect it properly.

CHECK THE BOARD BEFORE ERECTING. The rear of the board had a full cardboard cover on one side (to protect?!). Nope… to hide a huge manufacturing defect. No way to return. Ridiculous. Very disappointed.

It was impossible to return the item as it was not what was expected. I was asked to arrange the return myself and pay in advance and would be refunded £4 when the shipping back costs £40 - RidiculiouS!!!

There was no damage on the packagingI opened the board up and assembled itWhen I finally inspected it I found a huge defect across the back!This defect makes the reverse unusable !!!
