So cute !
I admit I bought these for the colour, it's very girly but also useful for some weighted cardio workout. It can be used while walking, jumping jacks and definitely useful for triceps exercise because 2/3kg ones are heavier and personally I feel they can cause injury if you are not used to them. These ones are perfect for beginners.

Perfect add on for my workouts
