I put ginger in some diet tea drinks and cooking. This ginger is fresh, large ginger root..making it much easier to peal and prepare. I'll forget 'grocery store' ginger root that is usually small ;chunkc'.This is my choice from now on.

I boiled this in water for tea. The liquid cooled before I drank it, but the sensation of burn was at the back of my throats with every swallow (like a sore throat feeling). I bought this to help with allergies and it's working but it's unpleasant going down. However, the taste is fine.
