Great printer, scanner (who faxes anymore). Great for paper handling, accurate colors. Second paper tray (8.5x14) is an added plus for me. Advice to anyone purchasing a printer . . . use ORIGINAL MFG ink cartridges ONLY. No refills or knock-offs. Pay a little more, and your printer will last a lot L-O-N-G-E-R. BTW, I always use the XL cartridges. They cost a bit more, but are a better buy in the long run. Remember, you get what you pay for. QUALITY = LONGEVITY. Epson is quality.

Great home networked printer scanner and fax. Use all the features and is now the go-to printer for all jobs. One issue was an update to the software caused extra discount ink to not be recognized. If you use OEM I would imagine it would be fine (at a higher cost), but my solution is to not update the firmware until all extra ink cartridges are used up

This is my second Epson 3 in 1. The first one I had lasted 15 years with minor maintainance. Ink is a little expensive of course that may be because of school age kids and my wife’s real-estate business.

Warning: Do not buy this printer if you expect a warranty. From reading comments, I knew there was the potential of the warranty not being honored if I purchased from Amazon, so I called Epson Support ahead of time. They told me that it would he honored so I went ahead and purchased it. Now, after six months, the printer has had numerous issues of being unable to find my wifi network. I have many open cases with Epson tech support. Each time, it has required an hour-long support call, where they could only eventually tell me to reset it to factory settings, and redo the install from scratch, but no permanent solution. I decided it is defective and I wanted an exchange under the warranty, but Epson will not honor it. They said I had to go to Amazon’s third part reseller, Square Four. So I figured out how to do that, but Square Four is not honoring the warranty either, and told me that it’s beyond the 6-week return period. I’ve reported them to Amazon, but have no idea if anything positive will result. I’ll add an update here if things change. Right now, it looks like I’ll be dumping it into a recycling bin.
