I am great follower of Grant Cardone and apart of this great book I have bought many others as audibooks and kindle format, I am highly energetic person and I find myself well with his work ways of business, sales, and entrepreneurship.

I liked listening to this. It explains the eight simple & practical steps of Grant Cardone's wealth creation formula; STEP ONE is to put your stake in the ground and make a decision to become wealthy. This requires you lose your middle class mindset and replace it with the mindset of a wealthy person. STEP TWO is to play a trick on your mind by doing the math. How many ways can you get to a £million or £billion? At the end of this step your mind will see that creating wealth and getting to million(s), billion(s) and even trillion(s) is simple and possible.In a complex world, simplicity is your strentgh. STEP THREE is to first incrementally increase your income. The creation of wealth, especially early on, is not about saving or investing-it's about increasing your income. No one gets rich without increasing their income first, regardless of the method. STEP FOUR is about the question of Who Has My Money? - You need to invest all of your time connecting with those who have money and seeing what you can provide to them in exchange for the money they already have. Spend as close to 100% of your time as possible with those who have money. Don't waste time with those who can't or won't give you money. STEP FIVE is to be disciplined. The primary reason that most adults have financial problems is not because of low earnings. The reason is lack of self discipline and the inability to delay gratification in the short term. It takes a lot of hard work, time and discipline to earn money and save it. STEP SIX is to save ONLY to invest. Saving money is great, but making the most of your savings is even better. Once your savings have grown start to invest into cash-flowing assets. It is these cash-flowing assets that will then put money into your pocket each month. And it is cash-flowing assets—i.e., money working for you—that will make you wealthy. STEP SEVEN is to look for and create multiple streams of income parallel and supportive of your existing income flows. Nothing creates more confidence than having multiple strong flows of income. STEP EIGHT is to continuously focus & invest your time and money in yourself-in your self-improvement and not on things like cars, holidays, etc. Overall a good audiobook that I would recommend.
