Love the puzzle and a great gift!! A couple of days late, but not too bad.
I absolutely love the puzzle!! Really adorable and the fact that it even came wrapped was the perfect touch. The only thing was shipping. It was supposed to come in April 18th but it actually came in on the 21st. However, I do understand that with custom items it can be a little bit difficult. The product matches description and I canโt wait to give it to my nephew!! If I could give it more like 4.8 stars, I would only because of the shipping, but Iโm not going to take off a full star because I understand. Plus it was close to Easter so Iโm sure demand was high!!

This puzzle turned out so beautiful I got one for my 2 year old & for my niece! My sister in law said it was perfect surprise & exactly what she was wanting & I didn't even know! ๐ we're very happy with these cute name puzzles I loved that I could personalize it & add characters I loved for our girls ๐

get the knobs
This item was exactly as described. If I baught it again, I would pay the extra for the knob handles. And I would get brighter colors. the pastels were very dull and pastel. lol exactly as they described.

Order way in advance. Takes a long time to ship
It took a long time to ship but product came in and was absolutely beautiful. Got a custom puzzle for my co-workers 3 year old

Cheap and they messed up the wording
If I could give 0 stars I would, working on the puzzle was wrong and it is cheaply made. Wood was chipping and to update my review the customer service was horrible on returning the item. DO NOT PURCHASE.
