VeggieTales: Heroes Of The Bible Vol.1 DVD

Arrived in good time, thank you! I was surprised at the quality of the animation though - perhaps it is older than I thought - it doesn't rate well next to other animations unfortunately :-(

Toddler loves this DVD, her favourite of the veggietales she's seen so far. The songs are very catchy, so expect to be humming about Lenny's lips for the rest of the day.The third story, Esther, is greatly softened from the original story of attempted genocide, and the word 'Jews' is removed altogether. I think picking a less violent story to start with might have been a better approach, rather than making light of one that was really quite disturbing, which I think is a little insensitive.

I have always loved Veggie Tales and find this a great way to introduce young children to godly living. Veggie Tales makes being Christian cool! My daughter loved watching this DVD. I recommend it!

This was the first Veggie tales DVD I had bought. It is great fun, informative and entertaining. It is best suited for children over four years old. Recommend Veggie Tales.

the excellent veggie tales arrived promptly and in good condition. and is as awesome as ever, has got 2 of our favourite stories plus one new one!!
