Love this shampoo! Makes hair soft and shiny. Feels like a professional shampoo. Kinda pricey but in this case, worth it to me.

This is the best shampoo I ever had. It is the only shampoo that can be used alone, no conditioner is needed. It smells great, makes my hair shiny, smooth and healthy and the larger size can last a long time.

My hair was dry from working in a dry dusty area. I ordered the shampoo and conditioner and I’ve noticed my hair doesn’t feel as dry anymore!! Also smells really good!!

Love everything about this shampoo. Smells great and leaves my 61 year old gray hair silky.

I gave 5 stars at first but after several months of using it my scalp was very dry and hair was greasy.

This is a good shampoo. It almost feels like lotion when first feeling it. However, it goes into the hair and spreads very easily, and lathers good too (which is something I like my shampoo to do). It is moisturizing without making my hair feel heavy or greasy. I stopped conditioning a few years ago, and this shampoo works good enough for me to continue to use while still opting out of conditioning. I also have grown to love pump bottles for my shampoo, of which this has- so bonus there!What I don't like so much... the scent. To me, it has an old fashioned floral type scent. I never liked it but at first it didn't bother me so much. But, it tends to linger and sometimes even after my hair is dried and styled, I still get whiffs of it and I absolutely do not like that. I am particular about my scents and my dislike for this one is moving this bottle of shampoo into my guest bathroom shower. The other thing is the price for this shampoo is high for me. My usual shampoo is equally as good (and smells WAY better) and is about half the price.

The hand pump failed after several uses and the eco-friendly product design as is complete design failure. Once the pump failed, My wife was forced to try to scrape out the remainder of the thick conditioner product from this ridiculous Square container, whoever designed this was a complete imbecile. The corners prevent you from getting all the product out. Eventually when you’re actually able to get the product out of the container, The results were mediocre. Other conditioners are way more effective.
