Great for health
I use it in a mix before I work out and before I go to bed. By itself it is a tiny bit bitter, sweet and almost maple/floral in flavor. Not bad. But I mix it in a small container with pure royal jelly, Manuka 1200 and rainforest gold honey... I get rid of a cough the literal day it shows up 🤣 before training though it gives AMAZING energy and helps keep my system healthy and strong for recovery too. Would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend 💪🔥

Very carefully packaged, not crystallized, and fast delivery! I live in Seattle, and the jar came in one piece. No issues. I also wrote the company to ask if it is pasteurized, and was pleased when they said no. This is raw, unpasteurized honey. 🍯🐝
