Good laptop for all purpose
This is a good laptop for all purpose use. With 1.6 kg does not looks too heavy , slimmer look and keyboard design and lights are nicely done. Laptop has high responsive pen which works smoothly. Overall it is a good set to go for.

It’s waste of money and time. Worst customer support.
Purchased this laptop from hp store in November 22 used minimally, still continuously faced heating issues and hanging was so frequent that I switched to my old vaio which is 10 years old. Eventually this laptop quit working and adopted permanent slomber. Approached Service centre where they kept my laptop for 3 days and told me motherboard has issues and require hardware replacement, which was quite odd and frustrating for a laptop which is 7 months old, waiting for the replacement highly pissed off with this laptop.My suggestion please don’t buy this garbage or any laptop from hp go for apple instead

Worst laptop ever
I bought this laptop 2 years back. one day while I was trying to open the laptop the hinge of it suddenly broked out of nowhere, I didn't even realize what happened, how did it happen but it's screen an hinge just broked. I bought this one with 79k INR now for repairing it it'll cost me around 25k-30k. Or if I exchange it they'll provide me only 5k-6k for a 79k INR laptop. Seriously!!!Worst laptop ever, I'll never buy a HP product ever again.
