Ridgid 1/2” impact
Great tool only problem is Ridgid will not honor the warranty because it was sold from a 3rd party

Wish I'd bought it sooner.
My 1981 Chevy c-30 sat in a field for years, I thought I was going to have to cut the lug nuts off but the Ridgid broke them loose in seconds . It is very light weight but has more power at a good price than the "competition" . I've always been happy with the performance of Ridgid 18v tools but this ones performance exceeded my expectations.

No Warranty!
I contacted Ridgid customer support to register my impact wrench and was told that newtoolsforyou is not an authorized Ridgid tool seller and they will not warrant the tool.I am going to keep and use the impact wrench knowing it has no lifetime warranty like my other Ridgid tools.Buyers be aware that the price is attractive but there is no warranty.

Not too heavy . Built solid
I am totally happy with this impact. Plenty of power . Got to be careful it will snap 1/2 inch bolts no problem.!!

Works Great
I used it on my lug nuts to change my tires. I'm old I have a bad back. This rigid impact wrench really helped me from bending over too long.

Rigid 1/2” impact gun
The trigger is broken off straight out of the box the first Rigid they sent me, the replacement as you can see was supposed to been the same thing but got sent a small Ryobi drill this is absolutely ridiculous I am done.
