0 Issues. Updated to latest firmware using win 11. Motors I would say is a but loud but you u can pay a bit more and get the chrome ones. thou i like the noises as more robotic. Bought a second so i have two lil brother that just play and fight and mess around on my desk to keep me company. see video

This little robot starts off good and then after a short time needs to be updated, which is a pain if you don’t have a laptop with windows 11 or higher. Whilst it need to be updated it stops working completely. It is a very poor design system for children who just want play. I would not buy again or Recommend

Got this for my son who was 11 for Xmas, He likes AI and robots so was a good idea. It seemed fun and he used it for a few days, works well out the box, but doesn't quite respond to the suggested motions very well. I think this would work best if you had two as they can "talk" to each other, a feature you can't use on its own. I think I paid a bit more than I would say its worth, but my son was definitly happy with it, one year on he still uses it, Just now being 12 not as much as he did.

After a slightly annoying start (it was SO loud and we had to work out how to turn the volume down) this little guy has become a family favourite. He has lots of responses and gestures and is quite the comedian. My son loves him, he sits on his desk and "helps" him do his homework (apparently). Definitely recommend as an unusual and fun gift with impressive staying power.

He’s cute but disappointed more for kids..it’s a shame it didn’t act as a proper robot like it be cool if you can talk to it!! It’s a bit boring .. It’s not worth the money at all !!!

Eilik is a disappointing toy that does not meet my kids expectations, particularly considering its concept and price point. One of the main drawbacks is that it does not speak, which significantly limits its ability to feel engaging or lifelike. My sons love ask Alexia for double on homework, weather or to sing. I thought Eilik could help with that but it doesn’t seem that has this ability. The interaction options are very basic and repetitive, offering little variety or depth, which quickly reduces long-term interest and play value. My boy has 9 and didn’t get interested fit mor that 30 min. Additionally, the toy is excessively loud, and the sound levels cannot be adjusted adequately, making it intrusive rather than enjoyable, especially in quiet environments or shared spaces. In the end of day I was decided to return it because of the noise and headache. Instead of enhancing the experience, the noise becomes a distraction (when they was having supper or playing) Overall, due to its limited interactivity, lack of speech, and overpowering volume, the product feels underdeveloped and does not deliver a satisfying or immersive experience.
