Top Performance 256 Multi-Purpose Concentrated Disinfectant, Detergent, and Deodorant

I cannot say enough about this product. I use this is my kennels and it is amazing. It smells amazing and it does exactly what they say. We recently tried another competitors product and the kennels begin to smell like never before. So I ordered today and from now on this will be the number one disinfectant used at our kennels!

I love the way this leaves my cattery smelling fresh. It's great that I don't have to do double work by rinsing afterwards. If feels good knowing my cats are being protected after each cleaning. I have a heavy duty spraying Tomcat and it makes cleaning up his kennel a snap.

This stuff helped me rid my yard of giardia. I used it in a garden sprayer and it worked well. I was concerned about it killing the grass but I sprayed the lawn over and over and it had no effect on any vegetation.

After 16 years of use, I feel so violated. How is it that 256 suddenly has a warning label stating that it "causes cancer and REPRODUCTIVE ISSUES"!!! I absolutely love this product, but I have a show "kennel", and I do have an annual litter of puppies. Over the past few years, my litters of puppies have diminished in size... by 50%!!! I've been searching for a reason, and I may have found it! Fortunately, I hadn't disposed of my old gallon yet... I was blaming myself for overlooking the warning on the label... it wasn't me! The manufacturer never had a warning on the bottle... but the new one did! How could they sell a product to be used in kennels and catteries that CAUSES REPRODUCTIVE ISSUES!!! I'm heartbroken and disappointed in the manufacturer... I love 256 and now I can't use it... and to add insult to injury, it's a non-returnable product. ALWAYS READ YOUR LABELS WHEN YOU GET A NEW BOTTLE OF ANYTHING... don't be me :(

I have two male dogs and a male cat. They all regularly pee small amounts around the house to mark their territory. I've tried every cleaner from Clorox Bleach to hydrogen peroxide to urine cleaners. All worked on the surface of my tile but none got to the root of the problem which is the urine that seeps into the grout. Top Performance 256 is the only cleaner that truly worked with out the toxic fumes other commercial cleaners have. I'm ordering my second bottle now!

Amazing product for our kennel, made a huge difference in the smell and general cleaning. We received our clearer fast and the price was definitely great.

We just had our puppy pass away from parvo.. and we were looking everywhere for a really good cleaner. And we absolutely loved this product and we have so much left over. It made my carpets even cleaner than the day we first moved in , it pulled up so much dirt from the carpet. And it was so good on my hard floors and walls . We definitely will always use this to clean the house.
