Don’t hesitate if you’re pregnant. Just buy them.
No nausea with these! Easy to drink. Great flavor(I did the berry)! I didn’t have as many leg cramps when I drank these. I was end of 1st trimester (and I had horrible morning/all day sickness) and beginning of 2nd trimester when I had these. They dissolve easily and give just the right amount of flavor in a 40oz brumate. Highly recommend. I wish they would come back in stock so I can order more. Low sodium content too, which I loved!

Great way to Hydrate
Great for expecting moms yo stay hydrated and not get cramps in the legs. Tastes good, I use half of the packet instead of whole thing so it even last longer for the price.

Morning sickness relief
My daughter had a lot of morning sickness with her pregnancy. These helped her hydrate and they also helped with the nauseousness she was having. I was able to get them on sale so it was a good value. These were easy for her to pack in her purse so that she could have them at work or on the go.

Makes me feel good
The taste isnt bad at all, and it helps keep me hydrated during pregnancy and when im sick overall. I do think id like another flavor, but the berry is fine. Its not gross or icky, but i think there is a slight taste of the iron or some mineral. I like how clean the ingredients are and that it has even a small bit of iron.

Leaves an aftertaste
When I first tried it I really liked it, but now I notice it leaves an aftertaste in my mouth that makes me nauseous and I don’t like that feeling.

Hydration Must Have!
I’ve tried a couple of different hydration, electrolyte packets throughout my second pregnancy. And Lollies is definitely the best taste, it doesn’t taste watered down or loose flavor the more you drink. Keeps me feeling hydrated and full every morning!

Made me sick
These did not help with anything. Many people said it help with morning sickness, this made me sick. Tried a few packets and everytime I got sick.

Definitely will buy again!
I actually really like this! Most hydration packets have a salty flavor to it and I don’t like it but this one is so much more of a sweet flavor. It makes it taste more like juice than a hydration packet.
