Newgate Bubble Wall Clock - Red Body

Stands out like a great peace of modern art. Keeps accurate time and easy on the eye to read from across the other side of the room. Mine I hang in the bathroom and does steam up but dissipates after a short while.

I've had this bubble wall clock for a few months, it's keeps good time & looks nice but it's quite loud.

Looks fantastic. Absolute bargain at £14! I bought the cream version for about £65 in a department store years ago. (but several house moves broke it)

A statement piece, a must have. The tic is a little bit louder than most clocks but nothing to stop you buying it.

Loved the design of this but the quality is poor. The first one I ordered turned up scratched all over so returned for a replacement. The replacement looked fine but when I put a battery in the second hand couldn't push against its own weight, so as soon as it got to about 40 seconds past the minute it was stuck. Couldn't be bothered with a third attempt so just returned the second one for a full refund. I paid £18 for mine which would have been good value had any of them worked or been of a saleable physical quality. To think some colours retail at nearer £40 is insane. Just don't bother. Such a shame as I loved the design.

Such a fun, mid-century style touch! Found this here for much less than other retailers like West Elm. Runs on batteries, flat dial on the back for time. Highly recommend for a quirky piece!

Ce produit n'est pas neuf et au bout d'un moi en raison de l'appareillage de la pile est cassé. Je souhaite le remboursement total de ce produit reconditionné. Arnaque commerciale.

The retro design of the clock is awesome... the bubble design is very unique and I've received many compliments. The big downside is that it keeps breaking and I've had it replaced two times now. Each time, it has been the same problem - there isn't enough space between the hour, minute and second hands, and the red second hand keeps getting stuck on the minute hand. With my third clock, I opened up the plastic cover, which is very hard to do (I had to use pop it out with a flat screwdriver leave scratch marks on the clock) and manually curved the second hand away from the second hand so it wouldn't get caught. SInce then, the clock has worked fine. I love it, and if you're willing to go through the trouble of possibly having to "fix" it, then go for it. It's an awesome looking clock and it was worth it for me. But it's disappointing that I had to go through the hassle of returns and fixing for the high price I had to pay for the clock.
