slightly cheaper with this reseller than from others but this is probably due to the lack of warranty. Regardless of the reseller and the box they come in which makes the product look brand new, any return to the original manufacturer will make you aware that this product is reconditioned. Still rate this as a four star because I was aware of all of this when I bought it, but it is the only one supported with iZettle

Scans well, the hard plastic cover is well made.

This scanner is super inconsistent. Sometimes it works, but when you really need it to, it reports the wrong bar code and you still have to manually search for the item.

Purtroppo é piú di un mese che cerco di far funzionare questo oggetto che legge 1 codice a barre si e 10 no. Non credo sia piú possibile renderlo o perlomeno cambiarlo. Sono molto delusa perché quello acquistato 3 anni fa ha funzionato per circa 3 anni.

Connectivité un peu complexe, mais fonctionne bien une fois installé. Durée de la pile au delà de mes attentes.

Picked this up to work with Square in our store and it makes checking out 1000% faster, especially for those who are very slow with the iPad touch screen. Arrived on time and works great.

A great time saver....but have not had occasion to use it yet. Nice and compact.

I have used several bluetooth scanners before for my amazon sourcing, I have to say this is by far the best I have ever had and I don't see my self needing a different one ever again, it never misses a scan, always grabs the correct numbers, it recognizes many types of invalid barcodes (foreign country codes usually) and does not scan them, this feature is great for local database scanning so you don't get an accidental positive result. It can scan from about 8 inches away, I have even used it to scan an item through the glass counter at a store without having to ask the employee to get it out of the case for me.The only warning for buyers I would say is that the button is on a fixed spring and makes a small clicking noise every time you push it, this is not very noticeable but if you are in a library it might turn some heads occasionally.

This item is fantastic. I do arts and crafts shows and have developed bar codes for my inventory in Square Store. Rather than having to price each item with a tag or looking it up all I need to do is point and shoot and it is registered. Several of my customers at the show thought it was great since I was the only one with a scanner. Size is great also. I had a Square Stand and it had a scanner but it was attached via USB, took quite a bit of space. This is bluetooth connection and I no longer need my stand.

Finally got it in! After house and house and hours of research for the best barcode scanner I kept researching and finally stumbled upon this gem!I wanted a Bluetooth easy to use reader that linked to square with out an issue. This being said some of the reviews on other sites of the socket readers was far from stellar. This is why I settled with the 730 model. After reading it all this modelProved it could handle some abuse in a warehouse / in general and it’s waterproof for the post part.Set up: this was a breeze! Any reviews saying otherwise do not know anything or know little about Bluetooth connection devices with 3rd party apps. This one had to be one of the easiest set ups for an app and device I’ve ever had to do.Follow up: I plan to do a follow up in the near future possibly end of January after I’ve truly had time to utilize the scanner working at tradeshows and the square app.

My company uses these in conjunction with Square and iPad2's at our off-site sales events. While it was a little confusing getting it set up the first time (you have to scan the correct barcode to get it programmed for iOS before connecting the device), I can't say enough how much our team likes using these. They're light, the batteries last all day, the provided retractable lanyards are very convenient, and the whole system makes the user experience pleasant and fast. Big thumbs up!

For starters, it's very tiny, so I am glad it came with a lanyard. But this scanner does a big job! We use it for our fundraiser event that last for 5 days and I love love love it! Best investment my club has made to go with the square and love how I can use it with Bluetooth so I'm not chained to one area. Works great in the space that we have. I would totally recommend and purchase another one if we needed to. We only have one square register right now, but if we invest in more, I'll for sure get another scanner.I wished it worked with iPhones but I extremely satisfied with it!
