Molotow Liquid Chrome Marker Set - 1mm, 2mm and 4mm

These are the most Chrome-like paint I have ever found and I have tried MANY types of silver or chrome paint over the years. Usually silver paint is more like pearlescent grey, but this actually has a mirror like finish. I'm an artist and I draw on my paintings with this and it almost looks like silver leaf. I'm on here leaving a review because im about to buy some more!

MOLOTOW knows what they’re doing! My primary use is to chrome the detailed trim on 1/25 & 1/25 scale mode cars, for which the multiple sizes are PERFECT. It’s silver upon application, you can ACTIVELY SEE the chemical process at work if you watch after applying, noting a swirling effect as is dries going from a textured silver fluid to a dry chrome surface that shines like real chrome! Be careful to not touch the finished surface as it will smudge even weeks after applying. Clear coating it a day after applying will prevent this tho it will also dull the shine just a bit. Several manufacturers have attempted to mimic the result that come with using MOLOTOW, but none that are of similar formulas come close in finish or usability..

Doing a resto on a 1969 Chevelle. Got these pins to do the detail work on the dash and front fender. They work perfect. THe paint goes on a perfect color and really smoothly and consistent. Very happy with this purchase.

Excellent, amazed by the appearing of the chrome finish, wish it was around when I was building kits 30 years ago.

Simply amazing pens. These pens are certainly an investment. The ink is more expensive than blood, however I’ve never had a pen that simply amazes with what it does. It’s literally like being able to write or draw in chrome. The effect is like no other pen that I’m aware of. It’s easy to use as any felt tip marker, if not easier. The ink does require a little time to dry, but if left undisturbed for enough time, it will give you the desired effect. The lines are uniform, and the tips seem of the highest quality, and refilling is a snap. Yes these are ridiculously expensive, but the results are sure to wow anyone that sees them.

Liquid Chrome, when applied very carefully looks almost exactly like a chrome finish. Applying a second coat (be extra, extra, EXTRA careful when doing this) will make it look more like brushed metal. A couple of warnings though, the paint is not scratch-proof, barely scratch resistant, in fact, and when touching it, be sure your hands are clean as sweat, oils, dirt, and the like will put wear and tear on it.

Excellent detailing ones that dry to a nice bright chrome, but make absolutely sure you give them time to dry fully or they will be tacky. I used them to touch up chrome on model cars and it worked so well you can’t tell the difference.

True chrome effect as claimed.

Worked ok but if you’re not careful you get a blob of liquid and it’s difficult to smooth it out
