Suits my needs
I bought this to clean the inside of my big windows, and it suits my needs. Being elderly it makes my life easier than cleaning with a cloth and liquid. the extension poles mean I no longer need steps to reach the top of the windows.

Broke on First Use – Not Worth It
I had high hopes for this window cleaner with the extended arm, but unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. The extension arm broke the very first time I used it, with minimal pressure. It feels cheaply made and definitely not built to last.I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable window cleaning tool. Spend a little more and get something that will actually hold up. This was a waste of money.
