BUT this new nail grinder is less cumbersome easy to operate /manipulate and dogs no more perturbed than ...
Had a different type previously with emery/type rollers and dust cap but could not find spares ,it works reasonably well, BUT this new nail grinder is less cumbersome easy to operate /manipulate and dogs no more perturbed than one would expect with a new device .My only crit is that unit I got has on charging mode a habbit if cable very lightly touched the red light indicator switches off requiring pin tb pushed in securely not sure if this light should remain on when charging or if a faulty cable ,however, unit charged and works well and in my mind a good buy.

Great little machine.
Still getting to grips with it. Daisy hates me touching her nails but I am persevering by getting her used to the machine before I touch her nails with it.It looks a really good tool and is very quiet. Easy to manage and big enough to get the job done.Tried it on mine!

A good product for smaller dogs and cats
This came well packaged, with no imperfections or missing parts. It looks much more high quality than something you would expect for this price. It works well but I have large dogs (a greyhound and a retriever cross) and this just wasn't powerful enough to be effective for them. I can imagine it would work perfectly well for smaller dogs and cats, and I will continue to use it for smoothing but, for larger dogs, this isn't suitable as the primary means of keeping nails short no matter how patient and persistent you are.

Safe and easy to use
Not so good for my 2 French Mastiffs but for your normal sized dog this is a great and safe way to do their nails.Easy to use,quiet (i do mine when they are asleep)But for giant breeds with large rocks for nails it is very slow going lol.

Good device shame the dog bolts when I turn it on
Not something I can use without another person holding the dog from behind it in a death grip. My Cockapoo just fights to get away. Maybe the buzzing noise I’m unsure. It does work well however but relies on a very trusting dog or a gold standard kennel club champ.

This nail grinder seems very good so far, I've used it quite a few times and it has worked well. My dog, a Labrador, is comfortable having her nails done, and it operates quietly.
