My Nude palette says “made in China”. I was surprised because the Catrice brand states “90% of items are manufactured in Europe”. I usually don’t buy any cosmetics made in China but it’s a good palette so I kept it. Lots of fallout but eyeshadows are buttery soft, very pretty and blend easily. Also NOT tested on animals which is a must for me.

Q: Has anyone received a palette that isn't crushed?

Mine was ok... May be your driver threw your box.....I ordered two they shipped separately, both are in good condition.
