Tacklife 2speed cordless drill
What an excellent product.I immediately put this to work fixing some new decking in my garden. It was a joy to use, it's just the right weight, it's compact and has good battery life. The LED battery life indicator is very useful and you get a spare battery.A spent battery will re-charge in an hour. The trigger operates a variable speed motor with two drilling speed ranges as well as 19 different torque settings for screwing. All in all an excellent product, beautifully engineered !.....highly recommended.B.Brown

Amazing Cordless Drill Driver, Highly Recommended
I currently have a corded and keyed chucked Black and Decker hand drill which is over 40 years old. It is still good if I want to drill holes but it has no screw driver facilities. So it's time for me to look for a new one.The Tacklife Cordless Drill Driver is a powerful enough tool for all my home and garden DIY work. It comes with 2 batteries which charge quickly and have a long working time. They are easy to release and are reloaded with just a simple push click, this is a small cordless drill driver with a key-less chuck which are pretty standard these days, but it packs a punch and has some great features. Variable speed as well as torque settings makes easy work of any job. The guiding light is really useful when working in dark spaces.Included with the Drill / Driver are 6pcs drill bit, 6pcs screw bit, 1pc extension rod, 1pc 1/4" Hex flexible shaft, 1 quick charger; it applies to all common drilling and locking parts such as Drill bit / Driver bit / Spade bit on the market. It also comes with a case which makes the storage and carrying easier of the cordless drill driver much easier.I've only drilled about 5 pilot holes and the screwdriver to do a couple of small jobs in the garden. So that makes it is a very good product at a very good price worth 5*****

A little underpowered, but a good range of accessories, two batteries and great value for light work.
I have a decent Ryobi with heavy duty batteries for my main DIY work, but wanted something a little easier to handle for jobs when away, that didn't require a lot of space in my campervan, but still provided enough power and longevity for less demanding uses. For this, the tacklife is perfectly up to the job. The Torque setting in particular, is really useful when used to tighten cycle wheels (we use screw thread wheels on our handcycles) and the range of bits means not having to carry a separate set for most uses. Two reasonably high capacity batteries are more than adequate, and it has other useful features such as a spotting light and a sturdy case.It may be a little underpowered for some uses, and is on the small side compared to many, but I think it's very good value, particularly with the twin batteries and included accessories.

Best cordless drill i've ever owned !!!!!!!!!!!!!
If i could give 10 stars i would, this is a fantastic little drill, lots of torque and the flexible extension is strong and really helped putting my shed up with it in tight places.Just be careful using the extender as when screws get really tight it can start to coil up around your hand, but still very strong though. Two batteries, drill bits and screw bits, mechanism very smooth and quiet, variable speed, what more can you ask for at this price.Highly recommend !!!!!!!!!!!!!

... 3* is a bit unfair since it's not a bad product. Compact
The 3* is a bit unfair since it's not a bad product. Compact, light and quite well specified. I've used the 3* to highlight the fact that it has a confused warranty. If you can read the small print on the card with the item it says you have 90 days to 6 months, and another 3 months if you register online. If you go on-line it suggest its 2 years, but this might be in the USA? Don't know. It's confusing.

Great Cordless Drill/Driver
Very easy for novice DIY person and ready to use straight from the box - while 2nd battery charging. Great to have two batteries and with only about 40 mins to charge, there is always a spare ready. Comes in a handy storage case with a range of useful drill and screw bits. After brief read of instructions I managed to assemble a small log store (which required all screw holes to be pre-drilled) in a few hours having never used a drill before. Great result. For the price I think it is great value - not the cheapest - but the quality rechargeable batteries and ‘extras’ you get with it make it well worth spending a bit more.So far, so good. Will update after next project!

Great little drill - good quality
Great little drill. The advantage of these 12v drill/drivers is how compact they are - no great lump of battery below your hand. I bought this as it's more powerful than most of the opposition at 2000mAh so has quite a kick. You'll need to use the torque limiting clutch on smaller screws or you'll rip-up their slots. Also two batteries are included - so one is in the charger always fully topped-up. It's a chunky design that fits the hand well and is suitably weighty. I've only just used it for the first time so don't know about battery life but visually, the quality is all really good. Well pleased!

Excellent (Occasional-use) Compact, Budget Drill.
Given the fact I'd never heard of "Tacklife" prior to buying this drill, and it's budget price (versus, say, a Bosch drill), I wasn't expecting much from this. Then again, I didn't need to. I live in a rented flat, and needed a simple, small, easy to use drill for minor repairs and the like. This drill fits the bill (See what I did there? ;o) ) perfectly.I like the fact that despite it's compact size, the inline battery is shaped so that two-handed usage is still an option. The LED charge indicator and mini-spotlight are also welcome additions, and the fact that the unit is dual-mode (drill / screwdriver) equipped, and also posesses a smooth-action, variable speed motor with a fine control over the speed are all welcome features. As is the ability to set up to 19 different torque settings for the screwdriver mode.I have had the drill bit come loose in the chuck on one ocassion, and the chuck itself on mine has a very, very slight wobble, so it's not going to be ideal for precision work, (Hence the removal of one star) but it serves the purpose it was bought for, at a price that is easy on the wallet. Highly recommended.
