This is probably the only study book for those who wants to learn to play Armenian duduk. The books starts with easy exercises for beginners and gradually increases difficulty. You will find etudes and pieces written for different scales to improve student's performing skills for half-tones (F#, Eb, Ab, etc). The second part of the book contains over 200 music pieces from different genres you can use to built your repertoire. Part 4 of the book has sheet music for mughams along with their audio files available online for listening.The book is trilingual in Armenian, English and Russian and has translations of all songs in the book content.

I was a bit confused when the book came as the first element you are drawn to is the Armenian writing but the English is the last one and you just have to find the English translation pageGood information once could understand it !

Its the best book in english language for duduk that you will be able to find anywhere. Lots of useful excercises and many muscal treasures.

Un metodo completo per imparare a suonare, da zero, questo strumento dal suono splendido. Contiene tantissimi spartiti con musiche di vario genere e possibilità di interpretarle a proprio gusto

Es sind nur Noten drin, keine genaue Anleitung zu Spieltechniken oder Nuancen die dieses wunderbare Instrument beim spielen erfordert. Und wenn man Noten kauft, will man lediglich eine gute Papier Qualität, vor allem wenn die Noten mehr als 10€ (und in dem Fall >50€!!!) kosten erwartet man dies.Ist leider absolut nicht der Fall.

Lo ideal es tener unos conocimientos básicos de música para sacarle partido.
