Metolius Rock Rings 3D

I've been wanting to buy these for over 10 years, but little things kept getting in the way at first, and then big things. When I was in college, the thought of these rings were nice, but the idea of beer was nicer, and there was a rock wall at the school fitness center anyway. Later on, I moved around too much, and then we had babies and little time for training, and then we bought a house & all my exertion went into making the dang thing livable.But finally, after a decade of wanting, I saw these things on sale and clicked the button.These were the best Amazon purchase I've made all year. They were easy to hang. The rope loops are incredibly easy to adjust & are of a plucky construction. I anchored them into the joists in my basement with two O-rings and was knocking out pullups within 5 minutes. The grips are perfect - 4 grips in total, for differing exercises. I put up a series O-rings and attached the rock rings with carabiners, so I can swap them out depending on the type of exercise and grip I want to practice.They are just so dang slick. Buy them now; you will not regret it.

As advertised. Great for travel. Easy to hang just about anywhere. Can also mount above your doorway and be out of the way, unlike most bars.

Was everything I hoped it would be, very sturdy well made and worked just great. I am going to enjoy working out with these.
