I ordered two Jade Plants from Kyari and they were delivered safely in cartoon box. No damage to plants. Plants condition is really good. The pots are really cute.

Extremely unsatisfied for supplying poor growth, unhealthy plant TWICE by ETrade Marketing, Indore, Bhopal. Seeing the beautiful eye catching pot, I preferred to buy Kyari brand even it cost me more than other brand/seller. But they supplied UNHEALTHY POOR GROWTH broken branch plant with very few leaves plant. It dried up within two days. On receiving the poor quality plant I contacted Customer service Amazon & they were very kindly replaced with another plant (WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST). But alias the second plant I have received is also unhealthy but some what better looks at initial stage. Now after few days this plant has also dried/died.Further, I had gifted the above Kyari brand plant to my daughter staying at Hyderabad through Amazon. Now I have been informed by my daughter that their plant is also dried up and dead now.I failed to understand how they supply poor growth & unhealthy plant to customer.At the same time I had booked brand Plantoos Jude Mini Live plant ( same plant ) which is less costly & supplied by ETrade Marketing, Maharastra though the pot is not upto be. The plant I have received is very healthy, full of leaves, many branches with beautiful packing. This plant is glowing/ ģrowing day by day. I have replaced the pot & the plant is looking very beautiful and in one word awesome..Only consolation is beautiful pot/gamla me & my daughter got from Kyari brand.

The product the concept is really nice but the main problem comes with the transport, I did not receive the plant in very good condition because of the poor packaging and the transit .I love the product and will definitely by one again.

Plant too small. Still I say plant ok. But the packing was not good . Carton was torn. As it is not returnable, atleast take care of packing. A simple Carton that's all. I am not that happy with your packing. The plant is too small. Can you please exchange my plant as the leaf are falling ,feel it will die. Can I return it please.

The condition of the plant was not good.It didn't survive. Better to purchase from local nursery.
