Inexpensive, comfortable and easy to inflate.
Super ligthweight. Easy to inflate with the integrated foot pump. Decent comfort even for a side sleeper. Not much insulation, so it's definitely a summer sleeping pad if you're in the backcountry. Great price for an ultralight matress for beginner backpackers.

Great lightweight camping pad
This is perfect for my 10 year old son who is a Scout. He was excited about the foot pump and once he figured it out, he was good to go. This is lightweight and when inflated provides just enough support to make the ground or a hard cot more comfortable. It was easy to deflate and get back into its original stuff sack. We haven’t had it long, but no problems with air loss so far.

Had to blow it up with mouth, built in pump not pumping
I was bummed at first bc the built in pump did not work at all. No amount of stepping on, squeezing, pressing etc. was ever going to get this sleep pad pumped up. HOWEVER, it was relatively easy to blow up like a pool float, and really only took a few puffs. And then, at its actual job of softening the various sleep surfaces, it excelled. It’s narrow enough to stay put and turn a night on an uncomfortable couch into a solid 7 hours of sleep. It stays inflated all night on a deck, on a forest floor, in a hammock—all the places I’ve tried it. It deflates beautifully fast, and packs down into its carrying bag with only a little wrangling. I think it’s worth it, as long as you don’t count on the built in pump.

Great Sleeping Mat
I recently purchased the Amazon Basics Ultralight Sleeping Pad for backpacking and hiking, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. This inflatable portable air mattress is a game-changer for outdoor enthusiasts. Its ultralight design makes it incredibly easy to carry, perfect for backpacking where every ounce matters. The folding feature adds an extra layer of convenience, allowing it to fit seamlessly into my backpack without taking up much space. Inflation is a breeze, and the mattress provides a comfortable and supportive sleeping surface. I appreciate the durability of the materials, which have proven resilient to the rough and varied terrains of my outdoor adventures. The Amazon Basics Ultralight Sleeping Pad is a reliable companion for any backpacking or hiking trip, and its affordable price makes it an excellent value for the quality it offers. I highly recommend this product to fellow outdoor enthusiasts seeking a lightweight, compact, and comfortable sleeping solution. Five stars all the way!

Some great features, but not enough
I tested this pad against three others at around the same price point, and ultimately went with the Yuzonc Camping Sleeping Pad. What I like about the Amazon pad: The inflation system is quick and efficient. I like the built in head rest/pillow (not all pads have this). The light weight is great. It was just slightly cheaper than the other competitors- couple of bucks. What I didn't like: I don't find the waffle air chamber pattern as comfortable as horizontal pattern. You feel bumps and depressions in the support which does not feel even. It also does not inflate as high as other competitors, so you can feel the ground if sitting, even if fully inflated. Other pads with more height offer better support and probably will limit heat transfer better. Overall this is not a bad pad but for a couple of dollars more you can get a better pad. At the end of the day it comes down to comfort and support in my book.

Disappointed
Camped once with it and air leaks out. Being used by a 130lb boy

good stuff
I bought this to sleep in my recliner. My chiropractor recommended that I do this. I fill it about half full and where my weight hits, it fills up the spaces where my back is needing support. Probably not for everybody, but it worked for me. Oh, I totally bet this would be good for what most people are looking for, great camping mat. Really tough plastic, solid valve. Had it a year, used it every night. Still going strong.
