This is the perfect coffee table. The instructions that came with it were easy-to-understand, and all the parts and tools needed were included.The storage options are plentiful. The lift-top is easy to use and the table has enough depth to store plenty of books, remote controls, or whatever else you may want nearby but out of sight. Also, there are two fabric drawers at the bottom of the table for additional storage, and the center shelf as well.The table is sturdy and the design is stylish and modern. There were several options to choose from, color-wise, which also was a great help.

Often during dinner me and my fiancé would often like to watch tv and eat. We would sit on the floor and eat using our old coffee table at the time. I was browsing for new ones just because ours was a cheap little $40 coffee table and was getting pretty worn out. I came across this coffee table and really didn’t want to spend the extra money on it. I showed my fiancé and he thought it would be a great idea considering it had storage and lifts up so we could actually sit on the couch and eat dinner. We decided to go for it and bought this table. When it arrived I was home alone and wanted to surprise him with putting it together. It was too heavy for me to carry in alone (like 45lbs) and I just couldn’t get a good grip on the box. I carried it in piece by piece. I got all my parts together and started putting it together. The instructions were just pictures with the numbers of each hardware you needed for the step you were doing. They were really simple to understand, you just need to be careful of which way each part goes according to the holes and make sure it’s facing the same way as the picture. It comes with all assembly equipment (mainly just an Allen key). I’m a 26 year old female and it took me about and hour and an half to complete putting this table together. It actually is a really nice table. Very sturdy. It seems to be able to hold a lot of weight even when open. The drawers are just fabric which I was a little disappointed about but now I don’t really mind at all. They also open from both directions which is nice. We fit a whole bunch of board games in the top area so they are easily accessible. It comes to a really good height while eating or having coffee. The only thing that worries me about it is that it seems that it would scratch easily (we have cats) or would get messed up if you put a hot or sweaty cup directly on it. I got coasters for it but I already noticed a small scratch after having it a few days from my cat jumping on it. We decided to order a custom cut piece of glass to put on the top of it to try and protect it so hopefully it’ll last longer for us. I would recommend this table but for a family with animals or a lot of activity around your coffee table I would consider getting something for the top to protect it, like a table runner, table cloth, coasters, a glass top, etc.

Update: customer service was very helpful in getting my issue fixed and correcting the inaccurate product description quickly. My issue was resolved and I would recommend both the company and the product as my only issue was the height of the table, not the quality.The product itself isn't bad and was easy enough to put together. But even with the adjustable feet almost completely unscrewed it doesn't fit the product description of 27 inches tall with the lift top extended, which is what I needed and why I bought this table.With the feet screwed in all the way the height with the lift top extended is only 23.5". With them screwed out it reaches only 24.5". Not completely shocking when the product description and picture don't agree in the measurements shown but two answers confirm the measurements of 27" so I took the gamble. Not pleased. 2 stars only because it is otherwise as described. Will be looking to return and buy elsewhere.

I was skeptical getting a table from Amazon, but I’m so glad I did. It’s functional and looks great! For the price you can’t get a better deal. I bought the black one and the top lifts to the perfect height for my couch. The only draw back is oil sticks to it pretty obviously from hands and such but I still love the table! Great storage space and easy to assemble!

It's almost impossible to get to at least one screw you need to install. Instructions are not great.

I use it as a living room table and desk. Well made and easy to put together.

Love this coffee table! Easy to put together with clear instructions, and it fits perfectly in my living room! The drawers were an added bonus for what I️ needed but love that it lifts up and you can’t beat the quality for the price.

Ordered this because I live in NY and my apartment is tiny. I needed something that could work as a table to eat my meals and have my coffee while also providing some extra storage. This works wonderfully for both. I live alone but could easily have a meal next to another adult comfortably. The drawers, although fabric, provide ample space to stash placemats, coasters, etc. Then there's the main storage area under the table top and this is just huge. Yes, the table is made of MDF so I don't expect to last forever but it will definitely last long enough until I move to a big boy house or condo and then would get something more substantial. The laminate seems very thin so placemats and coasters are a must if you want to keep this from looking dingy too quickly and the lifting mechanism is a bit wobbly but since I don't have to worry about children (or anyone else for that matter) using this table, I won't worry too much about it. Just make sure you use both hands to lift and close and you should be fine. Overall, I'm impressed with this table compared to the price I paid.
