Q: Will these fit adults?

They fit my three year old perfectly so I would say they are small. We had a seven year old also there and they fit her great but again I'd say small for adults unless that's what your going for.

Q: Is there glitter on the wings?

A little with some little rhinestones...not messy

Q: what age would this be for?

We got them to decorate our 7 year olds room. I would say 2-5 years old would be appropriate.

Q: how many blues are there?

There was 1 light blue in this pack. 1 light pink, 1 dark pink, 1 purple, 1 light green, and 1 light blue.
