Oh wow! Where have these been all my life! I have been in such pain for a few years now following a pulled muscle near my shoulder blade. I've been going for sports massages and chiropractor appointments for many months as it's never been the same since and can get very painful at times. As you can imagine, this does not come cheap! So when my chiropractor recommended massage balls, I sneered and delayed buying these for ages! Finally bought them and I am amazed at the results! Each time I get a slight twinge of pain, I use them and it eases it almost immediately! I can sleep better, sit more comfortably. I am truly amazed and would recommend anyone with back muscle pains to get these!

Only lower score because the balls need to be put inside a sock for ease of use. Coming with a purpose made sock like holder and instructions for those unfamiliar with the technique would make these ideal.

Keep these in my gym bag, great for relieving tight and stiff muscles.

Easy to use and does the job! Great for stiff muscles and sciatic pain! Also amazing for foot massage because it helps with relaxing the entire body! Just be careful not to insist on one side more than the other!!!
