FEINFMM-Accy Table-Top and Drill Jigs Support Set, Multi-Colour

This seems very well designed and made. The whole thing is made of light alloy die castings ( some finished in black and some finished in silver grey ) held together with steel hex headed cap screws and nuts, so there are no threads tapped into the alloy castings to wear out. The castings seem adequately strong, yet not heavy to carry. There are 3 angular adjustments at right angles to each other, so near universal adjustment is easily possible, and there are large diameter pivots which give an adaptable, secure and rigid assembly. I have only had this accessory for a short time but I have already found it useful to hold the multi tool "fixed" so that I have been able to do some grinding and sharpening jobs as if I were using a bench grinder. I am expecting this accessory to greatly extend the versatility of the multi tool especially when working away from the fixed machines in the workshop. A single long arm hex key, which fits all the screws, is supplied. The attachment is made in Germany and it feels like a quality item.

This is a lot more substantial and better made than it looks - I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. As you look at the ,main pic, the right hand piece of aluminium is cylindrical and fits inside the heavy duty plastic black plastic slot (which you cannot see from this view). This part simply fits onto your Fein MultiMaster andy then that will fit into any 43mm collar sized universal drill press. This is the primary way which I use this for and it works very well!
