worked perfectly! made a super-king bed with no issue. I did put a mattress topper over the whole resulting bed to cover the join that bit better but actually then took it off come this summer & still haven't had any issues feeling the join!

The product is okay but if you wanted to sleep in the middle of the bed it would be extremely uncomfortable, even with a mattress protector and the bedding you can feel a raised part and the beds still push away from one another from time to time. For the price it probably isn't worth it to be perfectly honest

Arrived on time, easy to follow instructions and does what it says, handy to have especially when you need a super king bed instead of 2 single beds..Downside is you need to buy new bedlinen.for superking.When putting it on it takes 2 people to made sure it is tightly on.A worthwhile purchase.

For years my husband and I have slept on a king size mattress but, now that we are in our seventies, it has become impossible for us to turn the mattress or even to manage to remove the protective cover for washing. When the time came to purchase new mattresses this year, we opted for single mattresses, so I bought this 'coupler' to keep the two mattresses together and avoid having a gap inbetween them. Because of the heat in Italy where I live, I bought a "mattress bridge" from Amazon in Germany to fill the gap between the two mattresses and sewed a strip of strong canvas to cover this bridge and hold the mattress straps. This seems to do the trick perfectly and does not slip into the gap between the mattresses as other purchasers have mentioned. If anything there is a slight 'hump' in the middle of the bed where the mattresses meet but this does not cause any problem. Now that the weather is getting cooler, I will replace the deckchair canvas with the original fleece strip which, with Roman temperatures, is suitable only for winter use.

The whole point of the purchase was to join two single beds, but all this does is get pushed between the 2 mattresses. Might as well not have it on, makes no difference

Ok so this product does exactly as it says in the description but very very badly unfortunately. Initially it works but after a few hours in bed the fleecy strip used to cover the gap between the mattresses disappears into the gap and slowly pushes them apart. Every night I find myself taking off the bottom sheet and refitting it only for it to vanish again within hours. My son finds himself sleeping on a gap most of the time which kind of defeats the object, though I suppose if I'm being generous It does prevent the mattresses separating altogether. Over several nights however the strap which runs around the whole bed works its way up and off and I feel would present a potential choking hazard to a young child.If I had paid £20 for this product I might have accepted it's limitations but given it wasn't exactly a cheap option I expected something more substantial. It's perhaps ok for the odd night if you're having guests stay and need to temporarily make a double bed - but useless as a long term option. Really wish I had thrown so much money away on it as it is now in the cupboard and my son has gone back to having two single beds in his room. Very disappointing.

Not used as yet. Looks like it will do what it is designed to do.

We have two mattresses as we each need different firmness, so this seemed ideal...But, if you're sitting up reading or breasfeeding with heals on the bed, or if you have an active night between the sheets (if you know what I mean), the fleece bit soon gets pushed down the gap. And then I get back ache if I sleep on the gap.The more you pull the strap the more your mattress corners get squashed.I have now also bought a decent mattress topper (2 inches thick) and now we can't feel the join and the strap holds things together slightly better than without.

I was leary after reading some reviews but this is great works perfectly. We used this then we placed both mattress's in a mattress zipperes matress protector /cover. This is our bed we use every night with our 2 dogs sleeping on it also

This does a perfectly reasonable job of connecting two twins. It's especially useful if your mattresses are not perfectly straight down the sides. The faux sheepskin strip did show under the bedclothes so I ended up folding it in thirds and tucking it between the two mattresses, with just a bit popping up between them. You can tell there are two mattresses, but it is comfortable enough to lay right on the center and I do not feel like they would ever separate due to the belt around them. I think if your mattresses are perfectly flat and not domed up with padding like some are, it would be really effective. It does depend a little on the type of covers you use for how much the strip will show. I like flatter blankets and coverlets so it showed through but if you like puffy duvets, it might hide it well.
