So far I’m digging these . It came with a shrink wrapped plastic safety seal outside and once that was removed it had another safety seal under the lid. I like the double safety seal . It was a bit dusty in the bottle . I would recommend opening these outside like I did . I tried to get some of the loose dust out but couldn’t really . Taking the cotton out helped. Idk if one opened or that’s just extra that came out from the capsules during shipping. I started with taking just 1 to see how I felt , I have a sensitive stomach and try to avoid making my stomach upset. I took it after a meal with a glass of water . I had a great day afterwards, I was happy with the way I felt .I need to lose a bit of weight since I had a double hip replacement after about a year of being unable to walk I got thicc . I’m 5’7 180lbsright now . I’m about 45 lbs heavier then my normal weight before losing mobility for over a year . Stuck being unable to walk was terrible and now I’m rehabbing and slowly getting back to normal but it’s been hard to go from sedentary to active and slowly losing weight is ok with me as long as it’s progress and it’s not making my stomach upset or making me feel funky . This actually made me feel good . Idk if it’s in my head or if it’s these but either way I’m ok with it . I’m gonna keep taking these and monitor my weight to see if it’s helping . I will update as I go. I eat healthy , I’m just not as active as I was before my surgeries .

The black pepper extract acts as absorption aid because a lot of supplements can have a difficulties with that and most just passes through. From the plant Coleus forskohlii. Has antihypertensive, positive ionotropic, platelet aggregation inhibitory, and smooth muscle relaxant activities; also lowers intraocular pressure and promotes release of hormones from the pituitary gland.I don't outright notice the energy boost but I have noticed I'm not as tired as I usually am and not having to sleep as much.

This is a potent combination. There is only rice used as a filler. The cost is rather high per month. My problem is that the instructions tell you to take 2 per day (= 500mg) and to keep using it consistently. Everything I've read indicates that this is a supplement that should be cycled, not taken daily for long periods of time. In animals studies there was a potential for liver damage, especially with high starch diets. If you are using a testosterone boosting regimen, taking this for a month could be useful as it does seem to help with weight in men. But do your research and use caution.
