Do not buy from Amazon UK.
Two derailleurs ordered. Both were received, from Amazon UK, unusable.Derailleur 1 Derailleur was significantly damaged. The derailleur body had significant scratches and damage. The arm of the derailleur that attaches to the derailleur hanger was bent and broken, the attachment parts were damaged beyond use. See pictures.Derailleur showed signs of significant use. When a battery was installed and attempted to connect to the SRAM AXS application the derailleur was not recognized and the derailleur is unusable.(I was ordering 2 because of SRAM's decision to pursue their new hangerless design. Want spares for when they stop making these.)

No Battery Included…
It’s misleading. Nowhere did it say it would come without a battery. The price is too high, considering the battery could cost $50.
