OMG... MY MUG IS SO BEAUTIFUL. It is a gift for the person that adopted my Pomeranian. This will be enjoyed by him and will know how much I appreciate what he did for me. The quality of the mug is very smooth and the paint is sleek and shiny. I will buy another!

I love it. The colors are not as bright as they were in the sunset, but no one can duplicate the beauty of nature. The mug itself retains a lot of heat so your drink stays nice and hot. Takes awhile for it to cool down and revert back to original color. Definitely buying another.

So yes, I am mad. The good thing was it made it here before Christmas, which was uncertain. But I knew that and expected that. But needed the gift as soon as possible since it will be the last Christmas we have with the Dog, most likely, since he has cancer and I wanted to make sure I got the mug to the other half as quickly as possible.I was already irritated by the fact that the advertised price is not actually the price. They charge you extra to actually have double-sided printing, despite the image stating that it is both sides printed. And was even more irritated to have to pay $2 more for it to be shipped properly in a box that wouldn't break the mug (as part of standard shipping should be putting it in a box that won't smash the mug, but whatever).All of that I could have lived with, as I went in knowing that, and would have reviewed it favourably despite that. What made me mad however is the text on the mug. You can actually see it better in the picture because it filters out glare on the camera. In real life, the wording is completely illegible.I had originally wanted black text as it would have looked nicer to have the text underneath the picture in black, but because the customization option stated it could only put the print across the bottom of the actual picture (not below the picture or above it as shown in the advert), I chose the only text colour that would show up on the black part of the picture reasonably well (which was the bright yellow). Since the print could only be seen on the black background of the picture with a light bolder colour in the optimization screen.So I get the mug in today, and the bright yellow wording instead of being across the picture as the customization option said it would be, was instead below the picture which does not extend the length of the mug as it was shown in the customization page. Bright yellow on shiny white equals unreadable to the naked eye.I of course can't return it, as no time to replace it before the holiday. And needed the memento ASAP, because as stated the dog is not doing well.I truly feel as if I was scammed by this seller. Once at the start that I went into knowing because of the deceptive advertising, and then getting the product in and finding out it could have looked liked I had wanted originally, and they wouldn't let me do and then get this unreadable mess.Product not anywhere near as advertised or expected. So yeah, really mad and thus the very negative review.That stated, other than the printing fiasco, the cup itself seems to be of decent quality. But a quality cup is worthless without the printing being up to par or as advertised.Picture two shows what the customization page said the mug would look like.

Overall, it's a nice mug. The printing was smaller than expected and it was also printed on the wrong side. I would return it, but a corrected item wouldn't return in time.
