I can only say positive things about both of these products. Every women has a different experience with Menopause and it is not a topic that everyone is comfortable with. I have purchased Progestelle in the past, and felt like it worked for helping balance low progesterone symptoms. I added it to prescription cream that was a little too much estrogen for me. I decided to try to get off Rx cream and use the Estroelle instead. Hot flashes are unbearable! this oil does nothing to balance estrogen levels. Unfortunate. Now I wonder if Progestelle does anything either.
