Very effective for body acne, great price
Recently began using Curology and the first step is to send photos of your skin for review by a dermatologist and I have moderately severe acne on my back, chest and upper arms. The dermatologist diagnosed them as seborrheic dermatitis and recommended either the Noble Formula 2% pyrithione zinc bar ($12.99/bar) or the Vanicream Z-Bar ($10.99/bar), she instructed me to use it while showering and to let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing. Pyrithione zinc is an antifungal commonly used for dandruff and can be found in some dandruff shampoos though most shampoos contain dyes and scent/perfumes that are too harsh for topical use on skin, at least for me.I was a little annoyed by the price of those bars so I did a little digging and found this brand instead. Buying a 3 pack of bars at $20.19 means I paid about $7.50 per bar including tax and the ingredients are basically the same as the other two with the active ingredient of 2% pyrithione zinc being the most important ingredient. The bar is a good size, is not disintegrating quickly as some other natural soaps do, it is imperative that you put it someplace away from water to let it dry after each use and is completely unscented which is extremely important to me since I have sensitive skin. It also contains only natural ingredients, is sulfate-free and while it is drying, that is what it's meant to do. I've only been using it for 1 week and the acne on my back, chest and upper arms has significantly improved! I'm also using a glycolic acid spray by The Ordinary and a Salicylic Acid spray from Ulta though I had been using them for months prior to this bar without improvement. I highly recommend this soap and hope this review helps someone else out there suffering from dreaded body acne.

Soaps up
Smells great, like the feel on my face when using it. Share with my husband and he liked it.

THIS STUFF WORKS!
I have been dealing with Seborrheic dermatitis for several years now on my face and scalp. Several visits to the dermatologist, several treatment changes from one high priced medicine to the next with no real results. It seemed as though those medications just treated part of the problem, I always had a red hue on my face, and when the medicine was wearing off I would get painful bumps and had to avoid the sun because of the medication or else I would burn easily. I decided to do some research and found Noble and Derma Zinc. Within 2 days my skin cleared of all the bumps, redness etc. Now a week later my skin is beginning to look like it did before this disease began to materialize about 5 years ago. Still not quite there but we will see.I purchased this product along with Noble Formula and use it daily. The cost per month I think will be about $10 based on a week of use. My previous prescription strength meds were about $75 a month and did not do near the same job.I do not want to sound like a pitch man but this stuff has worked for me.

Somewhat effective, but a great soap anyway.
I have rather severe tinea versicolor, and the active ingredient in this soap is zinc pyrithione, which is supposed to lessen the symptoms. After going through one bar, I noticed no changes. However, this is due to the fact that it's a soap, and not designed to be left on the skin for the periods of time I'd need it to be there in order to lessen the symptoms. I wound up using a different product that greatly lessened the symptoms. So why am I rating this soap so high? Because it works for me as a "maintenance" soap, keeping the tinea at bay now that the symptoms are not so severe. Also, I'd buy this soap even if it didn't have zinc pyrithione: it lathers very well and has a pleasing yet subtle scent that isn't overpowering in the slightest. While I was hoping for a soap that would simply do the trick on its own, I recommend it for the reasons above. It's great as maintenance, and great as a soap in its own right.

Smooth Scalp and Face As A Service - Soap Subscription
I cannot believe I am leaving a review for a soap. But I guess I have to.This soap helps keep dandruff away from your scalp and from your face and jaw. If you have dandruff in these places, this should work for you as it has worked for me. It also eliminates itching and soreness. It works. The only problem is that just like your cable subscription or internet or software subscription, etc., this soap is also like a subscription. It doesn't cure the dandruff issue but as long as you use it, you will have no dandruff. [It does cure the itching and soreness though] But a few days without using it, the dandruff might return. So, buying this soap is actually buying a subscription to the soap. Be prepared for this and to use this soap for years. After-all, you need to have a bathe everyday anyway! If you don't want a subscription to a specific soap, consult your dermatologist. Otherwise, this is the answer to embarrassing dandruff. Cheers.

It's like a magic eraser for severe acne, allergic reactions & rashes
This is a great replacement for ZNP Bar, which has been discontinued.I have sensitive skin that does not like change: I tried a new foundation recently that had added fragrance and got the worst acne of my life as a result. My cheeks were red, puffy, and suddenly had postules. I had several raised bumps and it even started to hurt. As a last-ditch effort before seeking the help of a dermatologist, I ordered this soap and after just two days of washing, I saw immediate results.Update: It's been two months now. With regular use, my skin is completely back to normal and it looks as though the allergic flare-up never happened. This soap saved me the hassle of a doctor's appointment, and I got my skin (and self-esteem) back! Some tips:-I highly recommended using a wooden/bamboo soap dish with slats to store this soap -- it will melt quickly in a traditional soap dish or if it sits in water.-As your skin is healing when using this soap, it may start to feel dry and you'll feel the need to exfoliate. Don't use a scrub or extra product to exfoliate -- just gently rub your face with your hands or a washcloth in the shower to get the dead skin off.
